    Apply PPC best practices for ads of our clients

    Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, sales, and marketing performance, and a regular frequency in order to allocate spending to the best performers

    Partner with our Communications & Design teams to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and standards our clients

    Bring in your ideas and improvements to actively contribute to the company's success. You will never hear "…because we always did it like that" again.

    YOUR MAIN DUTIES:

    - Work closely with the Line Manager to set up quarterly and yearly targets for the Advertising team and ensure those goals are met or exceeded

    - Build and maintain excellent relationships with top advertisers (CPI/CPA/CPL) and provide them with market-specific advice and global best practices

    - Negotiate contracts and identify new opportunities with existing and potential advertisers

    - Create and share regular reports, analysis and forecasts on campaign performance and margin

    - Represent the company at international industry conferences and networking events

    - Mentor junior level staff and provide them with training, information and advice

    - Work with the Affiliate Team to unlock new revenue streams (CPI/CPA/CPL/…)

    - Develop and execute new business strategy and pipeline aligned with revenue targets

    YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

    - English fluency is a must

    - 3+ years of prior experience in Sales, Business Development and Affiliate Marketing

    - Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business models

    - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment

    - Drive sales initiatives and negotiate deals to secure profitable partnerships, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs

    We are looking for a Sales Manager (Telecommunications) for our client, who is a leading supplier to the telecommunications industry in the US.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Conducting meetings with potential clients.
    • Supporting potential clients at all stages of the transaction - from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients, identifying potential for new projects. Initiating upselling for existing clients.
    • Active search for new opportunities and expansion of the client base in cooperation with the Business Development Department.
    • Organizing calls/meetings between clients and management for strategic discussions.
    • Maintaining up-to-date information in CRM, daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting.

     

    Candidate Requirements:

    Mandatory:

    • Successful B2B sales experience in the US market.
    • Experience as a Sales Manager in the telecommunications industry.
    • Experience in direct sales via LinkedIn, email, cold calls.
    • High level of communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    •  Confident user of CRM systems.
    • Understanding of key performance indicators in sales.
    • Fluent English (C1 level).

     

    Desirable:
