Sales Manager (Sportsbook)

Now, weβre looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our Sportsbook team and help us build long-term partnerships across the globe. If youβre driven, proactive, and know how to turn conversations into contracts β weβd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
β Participation in development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to ensure companyβs financial goals are met
β Participate in development of a sales pipeline to track sales progress, forecasting and achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals
β Proactively identify and engage potential business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
β Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals, ensuring that our solutions align with the specific needs of each partner
β Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and expert in the sports betting market
β Participate in continuous review and refinements of the sales process, tools, and materials to improve efficiency
Key requirements:
β 3+ years of experience in B2B iGaming, with a focus on sportsbook solutions
β Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
β Strong understanding of the sports betting industry, with deep knowledge of sportsbooks, retention strategies, and market dynamics
β Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deal
β Ability to tailor sales approaches to different stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives
β Result-oriented, resilient and persistent
β English B2+ level is a must
Would be a plus:
β Understanding of customizable iframe solutions and similar sports betting products
