About the role and client:
We are looking for Data Operations Lead to the clients team - a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomy technologies for drones. The role mission is to ensure the full data lifecycle: from strategic project planning to quality assurance and validation of final deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Planning & Prioritization: Plan and prioritize dataset projects in alignment with the ML team's roadmap and product goals.
- Synthetic Data Generation Ownership: Own the synthetic data generation direction — coordinate pipeline development, prioritize scenarios, and control the quality of generated data.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote, contract role for a Freelance Paid Media Specialist. You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, supporting our clients' goals across multiple accounts. You will own campaign structure, targeting, budgets, and optimization, and collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to connect ad spend to real pipeline and revenue.

This is a largely async role. You will mostly work on your own schedule, so we want someone serious and capable who shows up reliably, manages their own work, and brings a strong point of view on what actually drives performance. We care about spend that ties back to pipeline and revenue, not campaigns optimized for clicks that never close.

This is also not a boost-the-post-and-hope role. We expect you to use AI and platform automation fluently as tools, but the strategy and the decisions are yours. If your idea of paid media is turning on Performance Max and walking away, this is not the fit.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, including search, display, and Performance Max.
• Own campaign structure, audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategy across several client accounts at once.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and HubSpot, so spend ties back to actual results.
• Manage budgets and pacing across accounts, and optimize continuously based on what the data is telling you.
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences, working with our designers and copywriters to feed the winners.
• Report on the metrics that matter, including CPA, ROAS, and pipeline impact, and hit deadlines without hand-holding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing both paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta and LinkedIn)
• Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and keyword research
• Comfort setting up and reading conversion tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixels, ideally with HubSpot
• The ability to read data and make decisions, not just pull a report and call it insight
• Fluency with AI tools and platform automation as accelerators, paired with the judgment to know when not to trust them
• A real understanding of the full funnel and how ads connect to landing pages, offers, and pipeline
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take a brief and run with it
• Meticulous attention to detail when managing budgets and tracking across multiple accounts
