FitMe is a fitness app created for people who want to stay active without long, repetitive workouts. It offers short, easy-to-follow routines that can be done at home with no equipment. FitMe is perfect for busy people who want to maintain their health, boost energy levels, and feel good every day — without going to the gym or spending hours on exercise.

What you will do:

• Own full lifecycle of marketing funnels: from ideation and design through development, testing, analysis, and scaling
• Conduct market and user research to identify new growth opportunities
• Define, test, and refine value propositions for marketing funnels across different traffic channels
• Generate and validate hypotheses for A/B testing based on analysis of user behavior and marketing performance data
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to achieve business goals

• Evaluate and implement effective monetization strategies

   

Key qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in product management, product/growth marketing, user acquisition, or creative marketing
• Experience setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams
• Understanding of unit economics
• User flow optimization experience
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn data & insights into actionable points
• Creative thinking and open mind

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for growth through: Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads. The main goal is to build and optimize funnel systems that bring in active users to the product.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Managing advertising platforms

• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in:
  Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
• Manage budgets and optimize for ROAS / CPA / ROMI
• Create and test hypotheses (creatives, audiences, offers)
• Build dynamic and event-based remarketing campaigns
  (from website visitors to active users)

2. Analytics and optimization

• Track and analyze conversion rates across all funnel stages
• Optimize CPA
• Work with attribution tools (e.g. AppsFlyer)

3. Product and CRM integration

• Set up and maintain accurate tracking (pixels, SDKs)
• Work closely with product and CRM teams to improve conversion rates

4. Using AI tools

• Generate and test creatives
• Analyze audiences
• Automate reporting
• Find ways to speed up testing and campaign optimization
   

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google
• Good understanding of mobile analytics and attribution (app marketing)
• Ability to work with hypotheses and A/B testing
• Experience using AI tools to improve performance marketing
   

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech / neobank
• Experience scaling budgets
• Experience working with international markets (EEA, LATAM, SEA)
• Understanding of CRM and retention mechanics
