We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist to spearhead our lead generation, with a primary focus on mastering the Meta advertising ecosystem.

The Role & Commitment:

• Phase 1: Part-time engagement (approx. 20 hours/week) focusing on setting up, testing, and stabilizing the Meta Ads funnel.
• Phase 2: Transition to a Full-time role as we scale the budget and expand into broader marketing operations based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meta Ads Management: Full-cycle management of Facebook & Instagram campaigns (from Pixel/CAPI setup to scaling high-performing sets).
• Funnel Optimization: Building and refining the "Ad → Landing Page → Lead" journey to ensure a low Cost Per Lead (CPL) for the Canadian B2B market.
• Testing & Analytics: Rigorous A/B testing of audiences (Broad, Lookalike, Interest-based) and messaging. Tracking performance via GA4 and Meta Events Manager.
• Reporting: Providing weekly insights on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and suggesting strategic pivots.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience in Meta Ads: At least 2 years of hands-on experience (ideally in B2B, SaaS, or Tech services).
• North American Market Experience: Understanding the nuances of running ads for Canada or the US (compliance, messaging, audience behavior).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Advantage+ campaigns.
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2+/C1). You must be able to write compelling ad copy and conduct market research in English.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to look beyond "vanity metrics" and focus on actual business growth.
• Interest in AI: Curiosity about how AI tools can optimize marketing workflows.
