About the Project
Our client is a fast-growing AdTech company developing digital advertising solutions for the streaming ecosystem.

The company has built proprietary technology that integrates via API with leading platforms such as Twitch, enabling interactive ad formats directly within live streams. The solution increases audience engagement and creates new monetization opportunities for advertisers and streamers.

As part of its expansion, the company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, build partnerships, and support revenue growth in key markets.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for and acquire new B2B advertisers;
• Work with brands and agencies in the iGaming industry;
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline;
• Conduct negotiations and close deals;
• Develop partnerships with streamers and platforms;
• Contribute to sales strategy and market expansion.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience in iGaming (AdTech experience is a strong advantage);
• Experience in active client acquisition (New Business);
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales funnel;
• Strong negotiation and closing skills;
• Understanding of advertising models (CPA, RevShare, CPM is a plus);
• Working-level English.

Responsibilities

• Searching for and attracting effective opinion leaders to increase brand awareness and acquire new users;
• Building strong and long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners in the iGaming and crypto niches;
• Negotiating, closing deals, supporting and monitoring the fulfillment of agreements;
• Developing long-term and short-term strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness growth;
• Collecting feedback from influencers and participating in product improvement initiatives to enhance conversion rates;
• Optimizing marketing expenses on influencers while maximizing ROI growth;
• Creating sales funnels and scripts to improve platform sales efficiency;
• Providing transparent reporting and keeping management informed about achievements and challenges in product promotion.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in KOL/streamer marketing;
• experience with Kick/Twitch/YouTube, OBS scenes; CPA/RevShare models;
• tools: Notion/Sheets, Telegram/Discord, trackers, CRM.
  Nice to have: streamer network; basic video editing/Canva skills; knowledge of platform policies.
  Languages: English — B1, Russian/Ukrainian.

Your Expertise

• Strong interest in quantitative and algorithmic approaches
• BSc/MSc in Math, Physics or related field with solid background in statistics, linear algebra and probability theory
• Advanced Linear Algebra, Advanced Statistics, Using Linear Algebra methods in Statistical analysis
• 2+ years in data research, quantitative modeling, ML prototyping, and backtesting
• Skilled in Python, SQL, Git
• Experience with  experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration and workflow automation

What You’ll Do

• Design predictive models using probabilistic, ML, and hybrid approaches
• Analyze large-scale financial datasets to detect hidden patterns and early regime shifts
• Prototype and evaluate algorithms, from deep learning to Bayesian models
• Write production-grade research code in Python/SQL that integrates into pipelines
• Translate results into insights and themes investors can act on — not just outputs
