Middle Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.

What Youβll Be Driving:
- Maintaining and updating printers, Wi-Fi, meeting room technology (Robin/Totem, iPad, PR TV), and SCCM to ensure functionality and reliability;
- Managing print servers and implementing self-service solutions for printer access;
- Monitoring and managing LAN networks to ensure smooth connectivity and performance;

- Design and deploy a virtual PBX system using physical SIM cards.
- Build and configure IP-PBX environments (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, or FreeSWITCH).
