Ми шукаємо талановитого, енергійного та досвідченого кандидата, який готовий приєднатися до нашої команди.

Обов’язки:

• Побудова\підтримка провідних та бездротових мереж, налаштування\підримка маршрутизації, мережевої безпеки;
• Налаштування мережевих IP-сервісів (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, тощо);
• Налаштування: TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, Port-security, QoS, VLAN, STP;
• Налаштування\підтримка мережевого обладнання Cisco, FortiNet, Dell, HP, Huawei, Ubiquiti, MikroTik;
• Налаштування та підтримка файрволів, системи IDS/IPS;
• Налаштовання та керування мережевими ресурсами в AWS, Azure, GCP;

• Моніторинг та аналізу мережевого трафіку з використанням спеціалізованих інструментів.

   

  Основні знання, якими має володіти наш колега :

• 3+ років роботи у ролі мережевого інженера;
• Знання та розуміння основ побудови провідних та бездротових мереж, технологій маршрутизації, мережевої безпеки;
• Досконале знання мережевих IP-сервісів (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, iSCSI, RoCE тощо);
• Розуміння технології та протоколів: TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, Port-security, QoS, VLAN, STP;
• Досвід роботи з мережевим обладнанням Cisco, FortiNet, Dell, HP, Huawei, Ubiquiti, MikroTik;
• Досвід роботи з системами захисту кінцевих точок класу EDR/EPP;
• Вміння налаштовувати та керувати файрволами, системами IDS/IPS;
• Вміння налаштовувати та керувати мережевими ресурсами в AWS, Azure, GCP;
• Знання серверних ОС (Linux, Windows);
• Глибокі знання та практичний досвід роботи з Active Directory (AD/AAD), Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Office 365, GPO, NPS, CA;
• Знання систем автоматизації та управління конфігураціями;
• Досвід роботи з Zabbix, Grafana;
• Навички моніторингу та аналізу мережевого трафіку з використанням спеціалізованих інструментів;
• Сертифікації у сфері мережевої безпеки чи мережевих технологій (наприклад, CCNA, CCNP) будуть перевагою.

Обов’язки:

1. Адміністрування та підтримка корпоративних голосових систем (VoIP, SIP, PBX, Asterisk и т.д.).
2. Моніторинг и оптимізація якості голосових сервісів (QoS, latency, jitter).
3. Налаштування маршрутизації дзвінків.
4. Адміністрування серверної інфраструктури телефонії та звітності.
5. Інтеграція голосової інфраструктури з іншими корпоративними сервісами.
6. Керування користувачами і номерами, забезпечення безпечності голосових комунікацій.
7. Обробка інцидентів, troubleshooting (аналіз логів, SIP traces, CDR).
8. Розробка допоміжних скриптів та утіліт автоматизації (на Python, PHP, AGI).
9. Розробка документації та участь в проектах по модернизації голосової инфраструктури.

Яким ми бачимо нашого колегу:

• Досвід адміністрування однієї або кількох платформ: Asterisk, FreePBX, розуміння роботи WebRTC.
• Знання SIP, RTP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, TCP/IP.
• Розуміння принципів маршрутизації та NAT у контексті VoIP.
• Навички діагностики та аналізу голосового трафіку (Wireshark, RTMT, Syslog).
• Навички адміністрування Linux та Windows Server.
• Досвід роботи з віртуалізацією на Microsoft Hyper-V
• Навички написання та читання конфігураційних скриптів (bash, PowerShell — плюс, AGI).
• Навички адміністрування MySQL та MSSQL, вміння скласти та оптимізувати SQL-запити
• Досвід розробки на PHP, Python.
