We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own the day-to-day technology experience of our employees. This role combines end-user support, device and identity management, and operational ownership of our SaaS stack — making sure every team member is equipped, secure, and productive from day one. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, service-minded, and comfortable working independently across a broad set of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Hardware & devices: procure, configure, deploy, and track laptops, phones, and peripherals; maintain an accurate asset inventory (lifecycle, warranty, disposal) and handle repairs/RMA with vendors.
• Device management (JumpCloud): administer JumpCloud as the MDM platform across macOS, Windows — device enrollment, configuration policies, security baselines, full-disk encryption, patching, and remote lock/wipe.
• Identity & accounts (JumpCloud): manage users, groups, and devices in JumpCloud as the central directory; configure SSO, MFA, and password policies; integrate cloud apps via SAML/SCIM and apply least-privilege access.
• Onboarding & offboarding: own the IT side of joining and leaving — prepare hardware, provision accounts and access from role-based templates, and securely revoke access and recover devices on exit.
• SaaS administration: manage the company SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, 1Password, GitHub etc.) — provisioning, licenses, renewals, and cost optimization, ideally automated via JumpCloud SSO/SCIM.
• End-user support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, delivering timely and effective IT support (including but not limited to hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity); triage and resolve tickets within SLAs and maintain a knowledge base.
• Operations & security: maintain IT documentation and runbooks, support office infrastructure, enforce security/compliance policies, and assist with audits.
• AI tools & productivity: leverage approved AI tools to support day-to-day IT operations, research solutions, and improve the efficiency and quality of end-user support.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support / IT administration / helpdesk role.
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows, plus iOS/Android device management.
• Experience administering JumpCloud (or a comparable MDM + directory platform such as Jamf, Intune, or Okta).
• Solid understanding of user accounts, permissions, SSO, and MFA.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and a willingness to learn and apply structured IT support processes.
• Experience administering SaaS tools and managing licenses.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, methodical approach.
• Service-oriented attitude; able to prioritize and work independently.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
• JumpCloud certification (Core / Admin) or equivalent platform experience.
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) — including JumpCloud Commands / API, and remote support software (TeamViewer, TightVNC etc.).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Шукаємо в команду Junior+/Middle Infrastructure Engineer (On-Premise)

Нам потрібна людина з сильним фундаментом у системному адмініструванні, яка працювала саме з on-premise інфраструктурою та фізичними серверами. Ми не шукаємо класичного DevOps-інженера — нам важливе розуміння того, як працює інфраструктура "під капотом": сервери, мережа, віртуалізація, контейнери та моніторинг.

Якщо ти вмієш швидко аналізувати ситуацію, структурно мислити, оперативно реагувати на проблеми та любиш постійно вчитись — ми допоможемо тобі вирости в сильного SRE-інженера.
 

Що ти будеш робити:

• Адмініструвати та підтримувати on-premise інфраструктуру компанії.
• Автоматизовувати рутинні процеси за допомогою Ansible.
• Моніторити роботу серверів та оперативно реагувати на інциденти.
• Працювати з Linux-серверами та мережевою інфраструктурою.
   

Що для нас важливо:

• Впевнені знання Linux та Ansible.
• Практичний досвід роботи з фізичними серверами, мережевим обладнанням або серверною інфраструктурою.
• Досвід з моніторингом: Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics або подібні системи.
• Базове розуміння CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, deploy pipeline, build/deploy процеси.
• Досвід або розуміння віртуалізації: Proxmox, KVM, інші гіпервізори.
• Практичний досвід з Docker або хороше розуміння принципів контейнеризації мереж: IP, routing, VLAN, bridge, firewall, NAT, DNS.
• Вміння дебажити проблеми: не просто перезапустити сервіс, а знайти причину.
• Структурне мислення, відповідальність і бажання вчитися.

Зараз ми шукаємо Corporate IT Administrator’а для забезпечення та розвитку стабільної роботи внутрішніх IT-сервісів компанії та підтримку співробітників.

Ключові завдання:

• Супровід онбордингу та офбордингу співробітників: налаштування доступів, пристроїв і облікових записів
• Адміністрування Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Figma, Asana та інших SaaS-інструментів
• Налаштування і вирішення проблем з ноутбуками співробітників віддалено (macOS / Windows)
• Управління інвентарем пристроїв та їх життєвим циклом, закупівля та заміна обладнання (gроведення періодичних аудитів невикористаних або недостатньо використовуваних інструментів/ліцензій.)
• Централізоване управління підписками SaaS та ліцензіями на програмне забезпечення. Відстеження володіння підписками, їх використання, поновлення та витрат. Запобігання дублюванню підписок у різних командах
• Допомога у покращенні процесів безпеки: MFA, SSO, управління паролями та доступами
• Вирішення щоденних IT-запитів від співробітників
• Ведення внутрішньої документації
• Підтримка офісної IT-інфраструктури (віддалено): Wi-Fi, принтери, інтернет-провайдери

Необхідні навички та досвід:

• Досвід роботи від 2-х років
• Досвід адміністрування Google Workspace
• Досвід роботи зі Slack, Jira/Confluence, Figma, Asana та іншими SaaS-інструментами
• Підтримка пристроїв на macOS і Windows
• Розуміння MFA, SSO, VPN та управління доступами
• Досвід з процесами онбордингу/офбордингу
• Базове розуміння офісних мереж та IT-інфраструктури
• Досвід управління інвентарем пристроїв та їх життєвим циклом
• Досвід вирішення проблем із залізом/ПЗ віддалено
• Досвід управління SaaS-підписками, ліцензіями та поновленнями
• Досвід підтримки офісного Wi-Fi/мережевого обладнання, принтерів
• Розуміння роботи з інтернет-провайдерами та налаштування офісного підключення
• Англійська — Intermediate+
• Організованість та увага до деталей
• Проактивний підхід до вирішення проблем
• Вміння працювати самостійно та розставляти пріоритети

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід з Okta / JumpCloud
• Досвід з MDM-рішеннями
• Досвід з менеджерами паролів
• Досвід з автоматизацією та скриптингом
• Досвід роботи в remote-first компаніях

Запрошуємо до команди Адміністратора інформаційних систем (System Administrator), який забезпечуватиме стабільну роботу ІТ-інфраструктури компанії 

Формат роботи: офіс, м. Одеса

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи системним адміністратором від 2 років;
• Маршрутизатори та комутатори: досвід роботи з Mikrotik, Fortigate, Cisco, D-Link, Dell, налаштування VLAN, firewall, NAT, VPN (BGP, L2TP, GRE, IPSec), та STP.
• Windows Server: адміністрування AD, DNS, DHCP, групових політик, ферми термінальних серверів, налаштування Remote Desktop.
• Віртуалізація та резервне копіювання: VMware (ESXi, vSphere), налаштування HA, Veeam backup.
• Хмарні сервіси: бажано досвід з AWS, vCloud Director.
• Linux/Unix системи: глибоке розуміння Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD; керування пакетами, адміністрування веб-серверів (Nginx, Apache), моніторинг (Zabbix), балансування (HaProxy), автоматизація (Bash/Python).
• Системи контролю версій та CI/CD: досвід з Git, Bitbucket, GitHub для автоматизації.

Основні обов’язки:

• налаштування та підтримка серверів і мережевого обладнання
• забезпечення безперебійної роботи ІТ-інфраструктури
• вирішення технічних проблем
• моніторинг систем та інфраструктури
• виконання резервного копіювання даних
