    Your future challenges 

    • Take ownership of product discovery and delivery cycles. 
    • Actively communicate with internal stakeholders (design, engineering, customer success) to align business goals with user needs. 
    • Participate in strategic product decisions and influence product positioning and packaging. 
    • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to shape intuitive and user-friendly experiences. 
    • Validate ideas via rapid hypothesis testing and MVPs. 
    • Ensure the product meets the needs of different global markets through market-specific adaptations. 
    • Help define go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales. 
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal product development processes.

    • Assist in gathering and analyzing market and customer needs. 
    • Define and refine the product roadmap based on business goals. 
    • Drive innovation and long-term product strategy. 
    • Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

    Skills we are looking for: 

    • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. 
    • Higher education (related field), Certifications in Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Agile methodologies, or Product Management (e.g., Reforge) will be a plus 
    • English – Intermediate and above  
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
    • Writing clear and detailed user stories. 
    • Backlog management and prioritization. 
    • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles. 
    • Experience working with development teams. 
    • Defining and tracking product KPIs. 
    • Data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.
