- Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding
- Communicative skills
- Experience in organizing online and offline events (team-building, workshops)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback (surveys, performance reviews, 1:1s)
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills to support and guide team members
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs (experience with ATS, CRM, or other HR tools is a plus).

- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation
