We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (Junior–Middle) with 1 year of experience to join us for a 3-month paid internship, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position afterward.
Your main mission will be to :
- Maintain, refine, and expand our design system in Figma — ensuring consistency, pixel-perfect quality, and scalability across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Product Experience (CDO) to enhance existing user interfaces, create new UI elements or flows, reflect on improving UX and proposing flows, for both desktop and mobile.
You will also support the CDO in structuring UX documentation, maintaining user flows, personas, sitemaps, and helping manage the UX/UI backlog in Jira.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and expand the Exibeat design system in Figma (components, tokens, grids, styles).
- Ensure all designs are pixel-perfect, consistent, and responsive across desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with the design lead to improve user flows and interfaces based on user feedback, research and business needs.
- Support in creating new UI screens and refining existing ones with attention to hierarchy, spacing, and clarity.
- Contribute to UX improvements by analyzing and reflecting on user behavior, identifying pain points or UX improvement in current platform, and suggesting design solutions.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Conduct regular design and market research to stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Take initiative in researching independently, suggesting improvements, and exploring creative solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating UX documentation (user flows, architecture of existing features, sitemap, personas, feature documentation)
