About the Role

Requirements

Working Structure

We are hiring 2 people for this position:

• 1 person for the first shift
• 1 person for the second shift

Each person will be responsible for 4 scheduled budget-management sessions per day, in addition to campaign launches and other operational activities during their working window.

The candidate can choose which of the two available shifts is more suitable for their schedule.

The complete daily budget-management schedule across both shifts is:

10:30 / 12:30 / 14:30 / 16:30
18:30 / 20:30 / 22:30 / 00:30

The 00:30 session includes the final budget restoration.

The reference timezone is:

Rome, Italy — CEST / GMT+2

IMPORTANT: Fixed Access Times

The scheduled budget changes are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

You must be available and ready to perform the required actions at your assigned times.

Missing a scheduled session is not acceptable.

Main Responsibilities

1. Scheduled Budget Management

Access the assigned Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts at the scheduled times and modify campaign budgets according to the instructions provided.

You will be given the exact procedures and budget amounts to use.

Your responsibility is to make sure that:

• The correct account is selected
• The correct campaign is selected
• The correct budget is entered
• The modification is performed at the correct time
• No scheduled check-in is missed

Accuracy is extremely important.

2. Conditional Budget Adjustments

In addition to the scheduled budget changes, there may be specific situations in which budgets need to be increased or adjusted.

You will receive clear rules explaining exactly when these situations occur and what action must be taken.

You will not be expected to independently develop a Media Buying strategy.

Your responsibility is simply to:

identify the predefined condition → follow the procedure → execute the required action.

3. Campaign Launching

During the intervals between scheduled budget-management sessions, you will also be responsible for launching new advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Again, you will receive the necessary training, procedures, assets, and instructions.

Previous experience launching advertising campaigns is therefore not required.

4. General VA & Operational Support

During the available time between advertising-related tasks, you may also perform general Virtual Assistant activities, including:

• Online research
• Administrative tasks
• Organizational tasks
• Data entry
• Basic account management

Loankea is a US mortgage lender. We build and run our own software: a workspace for our staff and a portal where borrowers apply and follow their case. Both are in production and used every day.

You would be the second engineer on this codebase, working directly with the person who built it, and you would carry a task from the issue to production yourself.

Besides the product itself, you would build internal tools and automations for the team, including AI agents for specific business processes.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both backend and frontend development, uses AI tools daily, and is accountable for every line they submit, whether they or an agent wrote it.
