About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Power System Modelling Engineer / Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the full lifecycle of power system modelling, simulation, and analysis projects. You will focus primarily on steady-state and dynamic power system simulations, network analysis, grid integration studies, and power flow calculations, while also engaging in data handling, scripting, automation, and toolchain development.

This role combines deep power systems expertise, analytical thinking, and software development skills to deliver high-quality modelling results and technical insights for our clients across the European energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, implementation, testing, and analysis of power system models using commercial tools such as PSS/E (Siemens) or DigSilent PowerFactory, and open-source tools such as PyPSA, PyPowSyBl, or pandapower.
• Perform load flow, contingency analysis, short-circuit calculations, dynamic simulations, and grid stability assessments to support transmission and distribution system planning.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, data pipelines, and scripting tools (Python) to support power system modelling and simulation processes.
• Conduct grid integration studies for renewable energy sources, including hosting capacity analysis, voltage regulation, and protection coordination.
• Collaborate with client teams (TSOs, DSOs) to ensure accuracy and consistency in network data collection, validation, and model maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2–7 years of relevant professional experience in power system modelling and simulation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least one commercial power system simulation tool (PSS/E, PowerFactory, ETAP, PowerWorld) or open-source equivalent (PyPSA, PyPowSyBl, pandapower).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and power system analysis workflows.
• Solid understanding of power system fundamentals: load flow, fault analysis, dynamic stability, voltage regulation, and protection systems.
• Strong skills in data handling, processing, and visualization of network and simulation data.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.

Desirable Skills & Assets

• Experience with PSS/E automation (Python/IPLAN) or PowerFactory DPL/Python scripting.
• Knowledge of CIM/CGMES data exchange standards and network model interoperability.

VIP Lead 

We are looking for a VIP Lead to manage and grow our VIP segment (low, mid, high rollers). You will lead the VIP team, develop and optimize the VIP program, and drive retention and revenue growth from high-value players.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the VIP team, ensuring high performance.
• Develop and enhance the VIP program (levels, bonuses, privileges).
• Define VIP strategies to improve retention, upgrades, and revenue.
• Oversee key metrics: GGR, ARPU, LTV, retention, churn.
• Personalize VIP player journeys and communications.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, analytics, and payments teams.
• Analyze VIP program performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in iGaming / betting / casino, with VIP experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of VIP or account managers.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with at least Upper-Intermediate level of English language to join our international team and add more diversity into the mix.

In this role your main aim will be to make the customers happy by providing live chat support, addressing their inquiries promptly and effectively, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

We don't care about your background - you are yours, as they say - though this position has its requirements and ground rules: you have to be a personable and reliable team player with a customer service mindset, ability to multitask and think on your feet whilst calmly handling customer queries with a smile.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

• To approach customers proactively about select promotions.
• To support with some translations as our "go-to" native speaker.

A FEW MUSTS ❗

• Fluent English - at least Upper-Intermediate (B2), both written and spoken. 
• Have at least 6 months of experience in customer support or in a role involving ongoing written communication in English in chat support.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Show attentiveness, persistence, and a strong client-oriented mindset.
• Adapt quickly to changes, maintain a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge.
• Be ready to work different shifts: our Customer Support Department operates 24/7 (three shifts — morning 7:00—15:00, day 15:00—23:00, and night 23:00—7:00 UA time). Be prepared to have three night shifts per week (out of five working days).
