VIP Manager (iGaming)
Responsibilities
โ Manage a portfolio of VIP clients following established scripts and guidelines.
โ Maintain daily/weekly touchpoints (messengers / calls / email), based on individual client needs.
โ Provide basic personalized offers using a bonus matrix (cashback / free spins / free bets / bonuses).
โ Control bonus issuance and ensure compliance with terms & conditions.
โ Collect and analyze client feedback.
โ Handle escalations (payments / verification / risk / support).
โ Prepare basic reports as required.
Requirements
โ 1.5โ2+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino.
โ Proven experience handling client objections.
โ Strong understanding of VIP customer service and communication.
โ High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
โ Stress resistance, flexibility and adaptability.
โ Excellent communication skills.
โ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
โ Team player mindset.
โ Results-driven with understanding of key KPIs.

โ English: B2+

โ Experience working with iGaming B2B CRM systems.
