Responsibilities
โ€” Manage a portfolio of VIP clients following established scripts and guidelines.
โ€” Maintain daily/weekly touchpoints (messengers / calls / email), based on individual client needs.
โ€” Provide basic personalized offers using a bonus matrix (cashback / free spins / free bets / bonuses).
โ€” Control bonus issuance and ensure compliance with terms & conditions.
โ€” Collect and analyze client feedback.
โ€” Handle escalations (payments / verification / risk / support).
โ€” Prepare basic reports as required.
 

Requirements
โ€” 1.5โ€“2+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino.
โ€” Proven experience handling client objections.
โ€” Strong understanding of VIP customer service and communication.
โ€” High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
โ€” Stress resistance, flexibility and adaptability.
โ€” Excellent communication skills.
โ€” Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
โ€” Team player mindset.
โ€” Results-driven with understanding of key KPIs.
 

Languages
โ€” English: B2+
 

Nice to Have
โ€” Experience working with iGaming B2B CRM systems.
