Our client applies AI to Ukraine's drone fleet, flying on live combat missions. The company is partnered with some of the major OEMs and brigades in Ukraine, and its AI is also deployed on EU platforms.

The company was built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. The team is hiring engineers who want their work tested by reality, not a simulator.

Ukraine's drone fleet spans a huge range of sensors and airframes, evolving constantly under real operational pressure. This role builds the layer that sits between drone hardware and software - standardising that chaos so the AI can scale across hardware platforms without being rebuilt each time.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure multiple sensor types to software and normalise their output so the AI can scale across hardware platforms without being rebuilt each time.
• Work directly with physical platforms, alongside the flight test team, to get new hardware onto the fleet fast.
• Communicate directly with OEM R&D and engineering teams and influence platform design across the frontline and in the EU.

• Expand what company’s AI can fly with every airframe and sensor brought online, and how quickly it reaches the frontline.

Requirements

• Strong systems/embedded software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience integrating diverse sensors and hardware into a common software interface.
• Comfort working close to the metal - firmware, drivers, hardware quirks - not just clean abstractions.
• A willingness to get hands dirty - this is not a desk-only job.

• Bilingual English/Ukrainian is a bonus but not necessary.

Company Offer

• Top-of-market compensation + equity.
• Work that ships to combat within days, not years.
• Military exemption (reservation) may be provided, subject to available company quota.

B2C subscription products
- Створювати базові прототипи landing pages, quiz steps, paywalls та checkout screens у Figma

- AI-powered product skills: research, competitor analysis, hypotheses, copy variations, data analysis та documentation
- Бонус: досвід із mobile app funnels, RevenueCat, App Store / Google Play subscriptions, in-app paywalls, trials, rebills, cancellations, refunds або win-back механіками.

Coinask.ai — a B2C AI SaaS product at the intersection of AI, Crypto, and FinTech.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Analyst who will take ownership of ensuring Coinask's data is accurate, consistent, and ready to drive business decisions — from tracking and integrations to product analytics, attribution, and dashboards.

This isn't a "just reporting" role. You'll be responsible for the product's analytical foundation: collecting data correctly, maintaining data quality, connecting different systems, and helping Marketing and Product see the full picture of the business.

About the Role

We're actively driving traffic and growing the product, so we need a single source of truth for Marketing and Product:

Tracking → Integrations → Data Quality → Product Analytics → Dashboards → Insights

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Growth PM, and Engineering, to ensure a strong connection among marketing data, user behavior, and product data.

Your Responsibilities

• Tracking & Analytics Setup: build and maintain the Event Taxonomy, web/product tracking, and key user journey events. Work with GTM, server-side tracking, and analytics tools.
• Product Analytics: set up and maintain Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar systems — funnels, cohorts, retention, activation, and key product flows.
• Integrations & Data Flow: ensure correct data exchange between Web, Product, Backend, CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools via APIs, Webhooks, n8n/Make, or other integrations.
• Marketing Analytics & Attribution: connect ad spend, traffic sources, sign-ups, and product events so Marketing and Product see accurate CAC, ROAS, conversion, and LTV.
• Data Quality & QA: regularly audit data, find duplicates, data loss, broken events, and discrepancies between systems; identify root causes and coordinate fixes with Engineering.
• Dashboards & Reporting: build and maintain clear dashboards for Marketing, Product, and Management, keeping metrics up to date with a single shared definition.
• Insights: find anomalies, patterns, and growth opportunities in the data and turn them into actionable insights for Product and Marketing.
• Use AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, SQL, QA, debugging, and data work.

What We Expect From You

MUSH HAVE

• 2+ years hands-on with a subscription product, in-house — you owned its metrics, not just reported on them: free-to-paid conversion,

churn, cohorts of paying users

• Experience building analytics from scratch at an early product

stage — no legacy systems, no ready dashboards, no established

taxonomy

• AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not a line in a skills list

• English B2+ — working communication, materials, documentation

Core requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Tracking.
• Confident with GTM, GA4, and product analytics tools — Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar.
• Understand how events, cookies, first-party data, server-side tracking, APIs, and Webhooks work.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with data in PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and data flows between marketing, product, and backend systems.
• Understand marketing attribution principles and how to connect acquisition data with product metrics.
• Able to build dashboards and reporting systems that teams actually use.
• Able to independently identify the root cause of data discrepancies and drive them to resolution with Engineering.
• Strong analytical and business thinking: you understand not just how to get a number, but why the business needs it.
• High autonomy, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Python or JavaScript for custom scripts and API work.
• Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, or other data tools.

• Experience in FinTech / Crypto / AI products.

How We Work

We're an AI-native team. AI is part of our daily workflow. We expect you to use AI for writing SQL, analyzing data, debugging tracking, automating QA, and speeding up routine tasks.

We value speed, pragmatism, and autonomy: a reliable system that works today beats a complex architecture that will be ready in six months.

Track → Connect → Validate → Analyze → Improve

This Role Is for You If You're Looking For

• The chance to build an analytics foundation from scratch, free of legacy systems and tracking chaos.
• Real business impact: your data and insights will be used directly by Marketing and Product.
• Broad scope: from tracking and integrations to product analytics and reporting.
• An AI-native environment where modern tools are used to genuinely speed up the work.
• High autonomy and speed without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Platform Engineering

• Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, environments, secrets, deployment workflows.
• Reliability, observability, scalability, backup/recovery та production readiness.
• Incident response, root-cause analysis та platform on-call.

Security Engineering

• AWS та Kubernetes security baseline: IAM, network boundaries, secrets, audit logging, container security, privileged access.
• Інтеграція SAST, SCA, secret scanning, IaC scanning, container scanning та policy gates у CI/CD.
• Threat modelling для authentication, wallet/ledger, payments, game-provider integrations, callbacks та backoffice.

• ATT&CK-based adversary emulation та purple-team сценарії.

DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE / Cloud Security / DevSecOps.
• Hands-on досвід з AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, networking, Infrastructure as Code.

• Wallet/ledger, payment providers, game providers, KYC/AML, backoffice security.
• OWASP ASVS, MITRE ATT&CK, threat modelling, CALDERA, Atomic Red Team.

Product.
