To maximize our campaign’s success, we’re looking for a skilled closer who can build trust, answer questions, and help investors finalize their commitment.

     

    Role Overview

    As a Sales / Business Development Manager, you will focus exclusively on inbound leads: potential investors who already know about us and have expressed interest. Your role will be to engage with them, nurture the relationship, and encourage them to complete their investment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reach out to inbound investor leads who haven’t yet finalized their investment.
    • Guide potential investors through the process, answer questions, and address concerns.
    • Build strong relationships and provide a smooth, professional investor experience.
    • Follow up consistently and ensure no interested lead is left behind.
    • Report progress and results regularly to the team.

     

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in sales closing, investor relations, or business development.
    • Upper-Intermediate English
    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience with crowdfunding, fundraising, or finance/startup ecosystems is a plus.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage your own pipeline.
    • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis, tied directly to closed investments.
