Your mission is to ensure OWOX becomes embedded in the reporting workflows and decision-making processes of business users and Economic Buyers.

You will work closely with Economic Buyers and their teams — including marketing, product, analytics, and operations — to launch new analytical use cases, expand product adoption, and demonstrate the business value of OWOX.

You will also help turn successful implementations into repeatable customer use cases and public success stories.

Your mission

Your success will be measured by three outcomes:

1. Net Dollar Retention (NDR) > 100% across your portfolio of key customers
2. Growth of Monthly Active Data Marts as OWOX’s North Star product metric

3. Development of customer use cases and success stories demonstrating the value of OWOX

    

What you will do

• Own the growth and retention of a portfolio of key customers, ensuring Net Dollar Retention above 100%
• Build relationships with Economic Buyers and their teams, aligning OWOX with their analytics workflows and business goals
• Drive product adoption and usage growth, increasing Monthly Active Data Marts and activating new analytical workflows
• Help customers implement analytics and reporting use cases that enable business teams to access trusted data and insights faster
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the CRO on renewals and commercial conversations
• Develop customer success stories and public use cases, documenting how customers generate measurable value with OWOX

• Collect structured feedback from customers and share insights with the Product team to improve adoption and product-market fit

   

What success looks like in 6 months

• Your portfolio demonstrates stable retention and expansion signals, supporting Net Dollar Retention above 100%
• Economic Buyers and key stakeholders are regularly engaged in value-driven conversations about the impact of OWOX
• Customers actively use OWOX in their analytics workflows, with Monthly Active Data Marts growing month over month

• At least 1–2 strong customer use cases have been documented and can be used in marketing, product positioning, or sales

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Experience working with data teams, marketing teams, or analytics workflows
• Strong ability to understand business problems and translate them into data solutions
• Experience in Customer Success, consulting, analytics enablement, or account management in a SaaS environment

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support a strategic engagement with a Top 20 global pharmaceutical company. This role will work closely with Ivy Tech and our client to build and enhance platforms that serve as a trusted source of truth for global healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinical, scientific, and research information.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer who is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, contributing to both backend and frontend development while operating in highly regulated life sciences and healthcare data environments.

This role requires someone who combines strong engineering capability with the ability to collaborate with client teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Vue.js.
• Build and integrate APIs and data services that support healthcare and life sciences data platforms.
• Work with JSON-based data structures and integrations across internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders.
• Translate complex healthcare and scientific data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance standards typical in regulated healthcare environments.
• Contribute to code quality, documentation, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Act as a technical point of contact when collaborating with client teams.

Required Experience

• Senior-level full-stack development experience (7+ years preferred)
• Strong backend development using .NET / .NET Core
• Frontend development experience using Vue.js
• Experience working with JSON APIs and data integrations
• Proven experience working in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data environments (mandatory)
• Experience working with complex data models related to healthcare professionals (HCP), research, or clinical data
• Comfortable working in client-facing or consulting environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application design
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with pharmaceutical data platforms or HCP master data
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks and regulated environments
• Experience working with European pharma or life sciences organisations
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred)
