As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Middle SEO Specialist who is ready to take on challenges, tackle non-trivial SEO tasks, and drive the growth of our projects.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of SEO experience
• English level B2 or higher (communication with some clients may be in English); knowledge of other languages is a big plus
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the impact of Google updates
• Experience working with WordPress
• Proven SEO cases in  Adult niche
• Proficiency in SEO and marketing tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Analytical thinking and ability to conduct deep competitor research
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and organize/automate processes using Google Spreadsheets and Docs
• Understanding and implementation of link-building strategies through various methods
• We're looking for an engaged and proactive teammate, not just a task executor :)

Would be a plus:

• Experience in high-competition niches targeting Western markets
• Product-based SEO experience
• Experience automating routine SEO tasks
• Experience with multilingual sites
• Ability to build data-driven strategies and budget planning
• Russian, Ukraine

Key responsibilities:

• Market and competitor analysis, including keyword and intent research
• Developing and executing project SEO strategies
• Creating detailed briefs for developers, copywriters, and link builders
• On-page and off-page optimization
• Identifying new traffic acquisition methods and suggesting improvements for conversion rates
