Senior Business / System Analyst (offline)

Technical skills needed:

• 3+ years of experience in a role Business or System or Functional Analyst;

• Proficient in writing functional and non-functional requirements, designing of system and process diagrams;

• Knowledge of card payment processing in retail card-present and card-non-present (eCommerce) environments;

• Understanding of payment terminals (pin-pad) integrations with ECR/POS;

• Experience in RESTful API design, SOAP protocol;

• Understanding of architecture of WEB- based application;

• Knowledge of UML, BPMN;

• Knowledge of MS SQL.

• English Upper-Intermediate with good communication and reporting skills;

 

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 

As a plus:

• Knowledge of card tokenization concepts;

• Knowledge of PCI Compliance requirements;

• Experience in enterprise software development or finance domain;

• Experience of successful system integration project;

• Experience in Microservices architecture.

 

Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst/ System Analyst, you will be the liaison between the Product and the Development teams;

• Work with the Product Management Team on preparation and validation of technical requirements in User Stories;

• Accountable for all BA/SA work including creation and delivery of Technical Stories;

• Participate in communication with the third parties to gather technical requirements on systems integration;

• Responsible for creation of technical requirements and solution review with architect;

• Responsible for keeping up to date technical documentation and conducting knowledge sharing sessions for internal teams;

• Review and estimate User Stories with the development team to ensure understanding what we need to build;

• Participate and assist product team during PAT/UAT;

• Participate in analysis and troubleshooting of incidents in production environment.

As a Business Analyst/ System Analyst, you will be the liaison between the lines of business and the Development team, have the opportunity to work on a very complex product with microservice architecture (50+ for now) and communicate with Product, QA, Developers, Architecture and Customer Support teams to help improve product quality.
