We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance team and support core accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll processing, and coordination with external accountants and auditors across jurisdictions.
 

Position Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for executing core accounting and finance operations including payroll management, vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting support, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with multi-currency and crypto transactions, and experience operating in a fast-paced fintech environment with multiple legal entities.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management
• Process monthly payroll for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, crypto)
• Extract payroll data from HRIS systems (PeopleForce) and prepare payroll registers
• Calculate multi-currency conversions using approved FX rates
• Process crypto payroll payments (wallet validation, network selection, fee calculations)
• Coordinate with Treasury for payroll execution
• Prepare payroll variance analysis (budget vs actual)
• Experience working with high-risk industries (including crypto / fintech / gambling / etc.)
   

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Review and validate vendor invoices against contracts and purchase orders
• Reconcile provider fees using invoices and system/API data exports
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with providers
• Obtain CFO approvals and submit invoices for payment scheduling
• Maintain vendor master data in accounting systems

Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

• Perform bank and wallet reconciliations
• Record accruals for unpaid invoices, salaries, and expenses
• Prepare adjusting journal entries
• Support CFO in preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Ensure month-end close completion by the 5th of the following month
• Prepare supporting schedules and management reporting analysis

Budgeting & Planning Support

• Support CFO in annual budgeting process
• Collect budget inputs from department heads
• Consolidate departmental budgets into company-wide financial model
• Prepare monthly budget vs actual analysis
• Investigate and document variances exceeding thresholds (>10%)
• Track budget reallocations and maintain audit trail

External Accountants & Auditors Coordination

• Act as primary liaison with external accounting firms across jurisdictions
• Provide monthly financial data for statutory reporting
• Review statutory accounts prepared by external accountants
• Coordinate annual audit process
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation (PBC lists)
• Respond to auditor requests and track audit recommendations

Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Filings

Requirements
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of accounting experience (fintech or payments industry preferred)

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide exceptional operational management and support for the analysis and investigation of security incidents;
• Respond promptly to alerts, perform triage operations, and determine the appropriate level of response;
• Decide on and implement the best course of action in response to cyber attacks, initiating suitable recovery procedures;
• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends;
• Maintain, monitor, and operate security infrastructure and related technologies;
• Conduct security assessments for newly acquired systems and technologies to ensure compliance with security standards.

Essential professional experience:

• Understanding of network and systems security, security testing, and software security;

Requirements:

· 5+ years of PostgreSQL, Pg/SQL development experience.

· Oracle SQL, PL/SQLL development experience will be a big plus.

· Shredding, changing and understanding older code without the need to know everything about a business process is imperative.

· Query performance analyzing and tuning.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Growth Manager (Web Funnels) to join our Growth Team and own the revenue performance of a funnel cluster within the Business Unit.
In this role, you will define and drive the Growth strategy within your ownership area, ensuring measurable revenue impact, sustainable improvement of unit economics, and experimentation maturity within your funnel cluster.
You will operate in a complex multi-product environment with multiple active funnels, different monetization logics, and varied traffic sources, requiring strong prioritization and strategic focus.
This is both a hands-on and leadership role: you will personally initiate and run experiments while also leading the Growth direction, coordinating the team, and driving revenue-focused decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own the revenue performance of your funnel cluster from first screen to payment, with accountability for conversion, ARPU, LTV, and overall financial contribution to the Business Unit
• Define and execute the Growth strategy for your funnel cluster, identifying and prioritizing the highest revenue-impact opportunities
• Define and prioritize key growth directions and ensure high-quality hypothesis generation aligned with strategic revenue goals (CR, ARPU, LTV)
• Ensure a scalable and predictable experimentation framework with consistent measurable output, personally leading high-impact initiatives while delegating execution where appropriate
• Define and evolve monetization strategy (paywall, pricing, trial, upsells) to drive sustainable ARPU and LTV growth while improving conversion performance
• Make final data-driven scaling decisions based on unit economics, financial impact, and Business Unit priorities
• Influence Business Unit roadmap and prioritization through strong revenue-driven argumentation and financial impact modeling
• Lead and develop Growth specialists within your ownership area, distribute responsibilities, ensure execution quality, and foster a high-performing Growth sub-team

What we look for:

• Proven hands-on experience working with end-to-end WEB funnels (LP → signup → trial → payment)

We are looking for a Database Developer / DBA to join our team. You will be responsible for making our data infrastructure reliable and helping it grow. We need someone who has strong technical opinions and knows how to build resilient, high-performance database systems. This role is perfect for someone who prefers working with a focused, high-impact data environment rather than managing a massive amount of data sprawl.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Collaborative Infrastructure Design: You will work closely with the DevOps team to suggest and design solutions for our infrastructure. Your role is to provide the architectural vision while working together on implementation.
• High Availability: You will design and maintain replication, failover, and clustering to make sure our systems are always running and fault-tolerant.
• Backups & Disaster Recovery: You will design and test backup strategies to ensure we can restore data quickly with almost no downtime.
• Observability & Monitoring: You will use tools like Prometheus and Grafana to watch our systems, check their health, and set up alerts for any issues.
• Zero-Downtime Maintenance: You will handle routine tasks like patching and vacuuming using blue-green update techniques to avoid service interruptions.
• Automation: You will use Ansible and Terraform to make infrastructure and deployment processes more efficient.
• Architecture & Design: You will lead the planning of our database systems and provide a clear point of view on how to design schemas for better performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• PostgreSQL Expertise: You have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing production environments at a terabyte scale, such as a fleet of up to 100 instances.
• Technical Conviction: You have a proven ability to recommend and advocate for the best database setups and high-availability systems.
• Cloud Proficiency: You have experience managing databases in major cloud environments (like AWS, Azure, or GCP) or private/VPS setups. Knowledge in  Amazon Aurora, NoSQL, Columnar DBs, and/or Timeseries is a plus.
• Automation Mindset: You have a strong background in scripting and automation to manage production environments efficiently.
• AI: having the skill to use AI tools to assist with coding or monitoring is a great advantage.
