• Lead B2B sales: advertisers, brands, agencies, and direct clients
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, closing, and retention
• Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and reporting
• Work closely with marketing, media buying, and account teams
• Represent the company in negotiations with key US partners and clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
• Strong background in digital advertising, media, performance marketing, or traffic monetization
• Deep knowledge of the USA market (client expectations, pricing, sales culture)
• Proven experience in B2B sales (media buying, advertising, SaaS, or related fields)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
• Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution
• Experience in building and managing sales teams is a must

We are looking for an experienced developer to provide final polishing and ongoing maintenance for the mobile app — a cross-platform application for advanced wearable ring technology.

This is a project-based role focused on getting the app launch-ready, with excellent opportunity for long-term hourly-rate collaboration on maintenance, bug fixes, and new feature development.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React Native (primary) + custom native modules in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS)

• Backend: Firebase (Firestore + Authentication) for user profiles and wearable (ring) data

   

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the final polishing phase of the cross-platform React Native app
• Complete all remaining UI/UX refinements, performance optimizations, and bug fixes to deliver a premium, smooth user experience
• Develop and maintain custom native modules in Kotlin and Swift for advanced ring functionality (NFC interactions, token management, device pairing, etc.)
• Ensure seamless data synchronization and flow with Firebase
• Support post-launch maintenance, updates, and implementation of new features as needed
• Deliver outstanding reliability, performance, and user experience across both iOS and Android

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience
• Strong proficiency writing and maintaining custom native code in Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS)
• Solid experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and related services)
• Experience with wearable devices, NFC hardware integrations, or payment-related features is a big plus
• Ability to work independently, deliver clean and maintainable code, and communicate progress clearly
