We are a global group of companies operating since 2015. We run multiple B2C sports betting and casino brands and are focused on Tier 1-2 markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution across core business functions and keep operations running smoothly
- Build operational routines: planning, follow-up, reporting, and basic control of results
- Support and review marketing + online performance activities together with the team (planning, checks, post-analysis)
- Spot bottlenecks and propose improvements: process optimization, simple automation, scaling ideas
- Own communication with traffic partners and affiliates: negotiate conditions, document agreements, track outcomes
- Maintain a KPI dashboard mindset: monitor key numbers and ensure actions match business priorities
- In the early phase, be involved hands-on in several directions; later, shift focus toward delegation and coordinating a growing team
Requirements
- English level: confident working proficiency (B2+)
- 2+ years in operational roles in iGaming / sports betting (B2C focus)
- Experience launching or expanding into new GEOs and increasing operational capacity without chaos
- Comfortable using BI dashboards and task trackers as an end user (not a data analyst role)
- High initiative, fast reaction, ownership mentality, ability to drive things to completion
