We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong commercial experience in genomics / NGS / molecular diagnostics / bioinformatics to develop the Central & Eastern European market for an international precision medicine company.

This is not a generic SaaS or IT Business Development role.

We need someone who understands the genomics ecosystem, knows how NGS workflows work, and is comfortable selling complex scientific or clinical solutions to laboratories, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and other professional customers.

Who we are looking for:

1. Strong commercial experience

You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Business Development role.

You should have personally been responsible for:

• generating revenue
• developing accounts
• building a sales pipeline
• negotiating
• closing business
• managing a commercial territory

2. Real genomics / NGS knowledge

You need meaningful professional exposure to at least one of the following:

• NGS
• clinical genomics
• genetic testing
• molecular diagnostics
• bioinformatics
• genomic data analysis
• sequencing technologies
• variant analysis and interpretation

You should understand how NGS fits into clinical, diagnostic, or research workflows.

If your background is exclusively in generic IT/SaaS sales and you have no professional exposure to genomics, NGS, molecular diagnostics, or a closely related field, this role is not a match.

3. Relevant customer experience

Ideally, you have sold products, software, services, or technologies to:

• clinical laboratories
• genetic or molecular diagnostic laboratories
• hospitals
• research institutions
• universities
• genomics centers
• biotech / life sciences companies

4. CEE market exposure

You should have experience working with customers in Central and/or Eastern Europe.

Knowledge of the regional healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, procurement, or regulatory environment is highly relevant.

5. Ability to own the full sales cycle

We are looking for someone who can independently:

The key objective of the role is to resolve customer issues quickly, identify technical problems, and turn complex cases into clear, actionable tickets for engineers.

You will work directly with customers through Intercom and email, supporting them across the full client journey - from registration and KYC to deposits, trading, and withdrawals.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle L1/L2 customer requests via Intercom and email, maintaining SLA and high-quality communication.
• Troubleshoot issues across KYC, fiat transfers, crypto deposits/withdrawals, OTC trades and account access.
• Analyze admin-panel statuses and logs to identify whether an issue is related to the client, platform, or external provider.
• Create clear, reproducible bug reports in Linear with steps, environment details, screenshots, and relevant evidence.
• Coordinate complex cases with Engineering, Product, and Compliance.
• Support clients during the migration from Crassula to FinCore, including increased support volume during the cutover period.
• Follow compliance and data-protection procedures, including customer verification and account-recovery processes.
• Maintain and improve support macros, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for response drafting, log analysis, knowledge-base maintenance, and initial ticket classification.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 2+ years of experience in customer or technical support for a fintech, crypto, exchange, broker, neobank, or payment product.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: registration → KYC → deposit → exchange → withdrawal.
• Practical crypto knowledge: ERC-20, TRC-20, BTC networks and addresses, transaction confirmations, network fees, wrong-network transfers, and transaction statuses.
• Understanding of fiat payments, including bank transfers, IBAN, rejected payments, and settlement timelines.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to read logs and admin-panel statuses.
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support platforms.
• Experience managing queues, tags, macros, SLAs, email support, and knowledge bases.

We're looking for a Middle+ Data/Databricks Engineer to join our data team and take ownership of pipelines built on Databricks. You'll design and run production-grade ETL/ELT workloads, work with the lakehouse (Delta Lake) architecture, and partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders who rely on the data you deliver. • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks using PySpark and SQL.
• Implement and evolve Delta Lake tables following a medallion (bronze/silver/gold) architecture.

• Cover the full user journey, including empty, loading, validation and error states — not just the happy path.
• Work confidently within FCE’s existing design system and continuously improve it where needed.
• Build scalable designs using Figma components, variables, tokens and auto-layout.
• Design with the best AI practices
• Prepare interfaces for EN/RU/AR localization, including RTL and long text, numbers and currency formats.
• Create clickable prototypes and quickly validate UX through lightweight user testing.
• Deliver clean, developer-ready files and detailed specs for Flutter and React teams.
