About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (Implementation & Onboarding) who will become a trusted advisor for our customers throughout their onboarding and implementation journey.

This is not a sales role.

Instead, you will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, help them successfully implement our AI platform, and ensure they achieve measurable business value.

We are looking for someone who combines business thinking with technical curiosityβ€”someone who enjoys understanding how different companies operate while feeling comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, and technical workflows with engineers.

You will collaborate daily with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Specialists, and Customer Success teams.

Your Typical Day

  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers.
  • Analyze customer business processes and operational workflows.
  • Configure customer accounts and platform settings.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with Engineering.
  • Assist customers during integrations.
  • Monitor product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Lead customer meetings and implementation calls.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and communicate customer feedback to Product teams.
  • Ensure customers successfully adopt and use the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead onboarding projects for enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines.
  • Configure customer environments.
  • Support integrations and technical setup.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure successful product adoption.

Customer Success

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer business goals and workflows.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on product usage.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks.
  • Help customers maximize business value from our AI platform.

Business Analysis

  • Analyze business processes across different industries.
  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Recommend best practices for implementation.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support.
  • Coordinate implementation priorities.
  • Participate in product improvement discussions.
  • Represent the customer's voice within the company.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Business Analysis, Product Operations, SaaS Consulting, or Onboarding.
  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • English - C1.
  • Ukrainian - Native or Fluent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience using Jira, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools.
  • Ability to read technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of AI, NLP, Speech Analytics, or Conversation Intelligence.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Basic Linux knowledge.
  • Technical education or IT background.
