You will own the full marketing strategy and execution — not as a distant strategist, but as a hands-on leader who builds systems, holds the team accountable, and drives measurable revenue growth.

You’ll inherit active acquisition channels, an established marketing team, and a product with paying customers worldwide. The challenge is not to start from zero, but to build a scalable growth system.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Revenue growth

• Define and deliver the path to $70K MRR
• Own contribution to pipeline, trials, activations, and paid conversions
• Model, forecast, and optimize the full marketing funnel — from awareness to revenue
• Continuously reduce CAC while improving conversion across the funnel

Channel strategy and execution

You will lead and optimize our current growth channels:

• Brand — Reddit, LinkedIn, Shopify/Klaviyo communities. Build visibility, trust, and brand-led demand.
• Partnerships — Agencies, affiliates, media partners. Scalable co-marketing and referral revenue.
• Marketplaces — Shopify App Store and other distribution platforms.
• SEO — Organic acquisition, content, and LLM/AI visibility.
• PPC — Paid search and performance campaigns with clear ROI.

You will scale what works, stop what doesn’t, and test new channels when the data supports it.

Brand among Shopify merchants

• Make Claspo a recognized, trusted brand in the Shopify ecosystem
• Build presence where merchants actually ask for recommendations — Reddit threads, community forums, partner channels, and review sites
• Turn brand visibility into measurable engagement: signups, trials, and marketplace installs

Team leadership and operations

• Lead the marketing team to hit both growth and operational targets
• Set clear KPIs, run weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for the executive team
• Build processes so the team executes consistently — not heroically
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing marketers as we scale
• Manage marketing budget with full transparency and accountability

Cross-functional growth

• Work directly with the Founder, Product team, Sales, and Customer Success to influence both go-to-market strategy and product direction
• Optimize website, landing pages, and conversion paths (CR, messaging, UX)
• Align marketing with the product roadmap and contribute to product growth initiatives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO)
• Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR in B2B SaaS — ideally MarTech, ecommerce tools, or CRO products
• Hands-on experience with our core channels: SEO, PPC, partnerships, community/brand marketing, and app marketplaces
• Exceptional data and analytics skills — funnel modeling, attribution, dashboards, and ROI reporting
• Experience building and leading teams that deliver on measurable targets

About Us

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior-Lead QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of test automation and quality practices, with a strong focus on mobile applications.

Experience

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Platform Modernization to lead development efforts focused on improving system scalability, modernizing backend services, and enhancing infrastructure and data systems within a high-scale, event-driven architecture.

The platform is built on a robust event-driven design and already supports scalable real-time processing and analytics. The goal of this role is to further expand its capabilities to meet growing technical and business demands.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the platform by driving architectural improvements, increasing system reliability, and optimizing performance across core services. Responsibilities
 

• Develop and maintain modular, containerized microservices using .NET Core within a distributed architecture.
• Implement event-driven communication and streaming data flows using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MassTransit.
• Collaborate with product leads and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead migration efforts from legacy components built on technologies such as .NET Framework and MSMQ into modern, cloud-ready services.
• Participate in design reviews, promote clean code practices, and apply Domain-Driven Design principles.
  
  Requirements
   
• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven expertise in big data and messaging systems — Kafka and RabbitMQ are mandatory.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Familiarity with MSMQ for legacy system understanding and migration - advantage
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
• Experience in infrastructure development, including cloud-native and general-purpose systems - advantage
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) - advantage
• Hands-on experience with MassTransit or other orchestration libraries - advantage

Your tasks:

• Own the full development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Design, build, and scale backend services, primarily using Ruby on Rails and Python.
