    Responsibilities:

    • Working with the automated lead generation system Convertix.io (must-have)
    • Adjusting and fine-tuning job application criteria (niche, budget, keywords, filters)
    • Handling incoming responses from clients
    • Communicating with clients and guiding them to:
      • a call, or
      • a direct deal
    • Client handover after agreements are reached

     

    Requirements:

    • Mandatory experience with Convertix.io
    • Hands-on experience with Upwork (practical, not theoretical)
    • Understanding of the funnel: proposal → reply → call → deal
    • Confident written English (B2+)
    • Ability to lead clients to a decision, not just reply to messages
