Lead Generation Specialist

Weβre LeadWise, a lead generation agency. We help B2B companies (IT, services, consulting, creative studios) find relevant clients through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
Weβre currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Part-time, 20 hours/week) to strengthen our team and help build a structured outbound process π
Key responsibilities:
- Research and build target lead lists based on ICP (LinkedIn, Apollo/databases, company websites) π
- Collect and validate contacts (email/LinkedIn), basic data quality checks π§Ή
- Write/adapt outreach messages (LinkedIn + email) for different segments βοΈ
- Personalize first-touch messages (short, relevant, no fluff) π―
- Launch and manage campaigns, track limits, statuses, and replies βοΈ
- Track results in spreadsheets/CRM: replies, interest, booked calls π
- Work with the team to test hypotheses (messaging, segments, offers) and improve conversion rates π§ͺ
What weβre looking for:
- Experience in lead generation / SDR / recruiting research / outbound (a plus, but not always a must)
- Strong written English (B1+ minimum, B2 preferred) π¬π§
- High attention to detail (name/title/company/context - no avoidable mistakes π)
- Ability to work systematically: spreadsheets, statuses, deadlines, repeatable processes
- Willingness to learn fast and grow in outbound/lead gen π±
Nice to have:
- Experience with Apollo.io / Lemlist / Instantly / HubSpot / Pipedrive (or similar tools)
- Understanding of ICP, pain points, and value proposition
- Experience running A/B tests for outreach messages
