As our team expands, we’re looking for a Marketing Team Lead who will take full ownership of growth and scaling initiatives.

 What you’ll work with

• Paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) + SEO growth
• Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch
• Creatives & offers: messaging, value propositions, hypotheses testing
• Landing pages & website CRO (structure, copy, CTA, UX)
• A/B testing: launch → analyze → document → scale
• Analytics & unit metrics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV
• Competitive research: funnels, creatives, positioning

• Close collaboration with Product on website improvements and experiments

   

 What we’re looking for

• 2–3+ years of B2B performance marketing experience
• Strong understanding of funnel economics and key metrics
• System thinking + hands-on execution
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to build, test, and scale hypotheses fast
