Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with business Stakeholders to understand needs and define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
- Translate the high-level requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Draft clear and testable functional specifications for developers and coordinate with the developers to ensure the technical feasibility.
- Support in building the KPIβS definitions and aligning the logic with business stakeholders and help ensure KPIβS accuracy.
- Maintain the glossaries, dashboard documentation and data source mappings
- Identifies gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
Project Coordination
- Help to manage the backlog, support the sprint planning and refinement
- Align across the stakeholders to identify and track dependencies
- Align cross-functional teams across data, (Magento, CRM, business), identify dependencies and track progress
- Work with key stakeholders to identify key learning needs/gaps then frame, design, analyze studies with Product Owner to help teams understand the shopperβs POV
- Collect, clean, analyze, and present data that inform decision-making
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Build strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, vendor partners, and broader consumer insights team.
Testing & Data Quality
- Support the testing of the dashboards and data models.
- Help build the testing scenarios, investigate issues and work with the developers to resolve them.
Requirements:
- 3, 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in data or e-commerce digital product environments
- Proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Kafka, Snowflake and data ingestion concepts would be a plus
- Experience working with Jira, confluence

The project aims to build a scalable, analytics-ready data platform on Snowflake and Azure, integrating data from SAP and SharePoint. It focuses on harmonizing master and mapping data, creating validated datasets, and delivering optimized GOLD views for Power BI. The initiative also emphasizes automation, governance, and performance optimization to enable reliable, data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Build data models, define DAX measures, and optimize dataflows for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across multiple data sources.
- Develop automated data refresh processes, optimize Power BI datasets, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Contribute to data architecture improvements and recommend best practices for Power BI governance.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and review deliverables for accuracy and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake, or similar).
- Experience integrating multiple data sources (APIs, Excel, Azure Data Lake, etc.).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
