Responsibilities

Product & Strategy:
- Own and drive the development of trading products (Spot, Perpetuals, Options, Structured products)
- Define product strategy in alignment with C-level leadership
- Monitor market trends and represent the product externally (events, industry forums)
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives

Financial Management:
- Own full P&L for the trading business
- Plan and manage budgets across Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Sales
- Drive profitability and optimize unit economics

Operations & Execution:
- Ensure delivery against roadmap and key milestones
- Optimize processes and remove bottlenecks
- Define and track core KPIs (volume, liquidity, revenue, retention)

Trading & Liquidity:
- Build and lead a high-performing trading desk
- Define and execute liquidity strategies
- Manage relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, and institutional clients

Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (KYC/AML, MiCA, VASP, etc.)
- Partner with Legal and regulators to mitigate risks

Infrastructure & Performance:
- Work with Engineering to improve matching engine performance, latency, and API connectivity

Crisis Management:
- Lead response to critical incidents (technical, security, legal)
- Ensure fast and effective cross-team coordination.

The role

• smart contracts (Solidity, EVM)

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering

About the role

We are a growing SEO agency launching a dedicated link building service for SEO professionals and agencies worldwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented Link Building Specialist who will manage the entire link building workflow — from prospecting and placement to quality control and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage links across multiple formats: Web 2.0, directories, social profiles, crowd links (forums/blogs), niche edits, homepage links, sitewide links, and guest posts
• Prospect and vet donor sites based on quality metrics (DA, DR, traffic, relevance)
• Create and publish content on Web 2.0 platforms, forums, blogs, and directories
• Perform outreach to site owners for link placements and niche edits
• Maintain internal link databases and donor spreadsheets
• Monitor link indexation and ensure 80%+ indexation rate for crowd/submit links and 50%+ for Web 2.0 (lomы)
• Track and replace dropped links within the 1-month guarantee window
• Deliver +20% extra links per order to ensure indexation targets are met
• Prepare detailed reports for clients on placements, metrics, and indexation status
• Coordinate with clients and account managers on order specifications and deadlines

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in link building or SEO
• Solid understanding of link types: Web 2.0, profile links, crowd links, niche edits, guest posts, sitewide links
• Experience working with tools: Ahrefs, Majestic, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Ability to assess donor site quality (spam score, organic traffic, niche relevance)
• Experience with indexation tools (Indexmenow, OneHourIndexing, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large-volume orders
• Good written English for outreach and content creation
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience managing a team of outreach assistants or freelancers
• Familiarity with SaaS link building platforms (Pitchbox, BuzzStream)
• Basic copywriting skills for anchor text and short article creation
• Knowledge of Russian-language SEO market is a plus
