    • Combine strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how data drives business outcomes;
    • Take initiative and can independently lead the analytics function end-to-end;
    • Are highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets;
    • Work confidently with modern BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI;
    • Have  ο»Ώexperience with AWS stack (Glue, S3, Athena);

    • Have experience working in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing environments;
    • Have hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and database architecture;

    • Collect input from stakeholders, align expectations, and translate their needs into actionable Jira tasks.
    • Understand and analyze internal use of Salesforce as an ERP/CRM to help optimize cross-team processes.
    • Support clear documentation and regular updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

    • English at B2+ level or above.
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfort working remotely and cross-functionally in distributed teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Salesforce, especially custom development, configuration, and working with developers/admins on enhancements and feature optimization.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus, but not required.

    Why MGNY

    You will thrive at MGNY if you value:

    • A people-centric culture that supports individual growth.
