    Our Development Team is excited to welcome a new colleague - an experienced Data Analyst.

    Responsibilities:

    • Forecast and validate LTV of user's cohorts for subscription-based products for different segments based on historical data and user's behaviour (web and mobile platforms).
    • Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy of LTV estimations.
    • Integrate the predictions into in-house BI and support it to ensure accurate and timely insights for decision-makers.
    • Work closely with UA/Marketing team to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to optimize and adjust traffic acquisition process.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on data to improve business performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
    • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
    • Experience of working in product companies with B2C mobile or web portfolio.
    • Hands-on experience in analytics for web and mobile products with subscription-based monetization.
    • Solid understanding of unit economics, its key metrics, and the interplay between subscription-based monetization and user acquisition.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and manipulation.
    • Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
    • Goal-oriented mindset, ability to see and take a business context, and to align solutions with business needs; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
