As an Outreach Link Builder, you’ll be at the core of our growth engine — identifying quality donors across different GEOs, negotiating placements, and maintaining a database that serves as the backbone of our SEO strategies.

    Every conversation you have, every article you publish, and every profile you analyze contributes directly to our clients’ success. If you thrive on research, relationship-building, and finding smart ways to scale link acquisition, this role is for you.


    Key Responsibilities
     

    • Research and source high-quality donor websites across various GEOs for outreach publications
    • Build and maintain a structured Google Sheets database of acquired donors (with detailed records)
    • Analyze backlink profiles using Ahrefs and other SEO tools
    • Publish, track, and monitor outreach articles for long-term effectiveness
    • Communicate and negotiate with webmasters to secure placements
    • Collaborate with team members to align outreach with broader SEO goals


    Qualifications
     

    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (we may verify this with a short test)
    • Solid knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, data organization)
    • Proven hands-on experience with Ahrefs
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in outreach link building
    • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills


    Nice to Have
     

    • Experience working with multiple GEOs and international link-building campaigns
    • Familiarity with additional SEO tools beyond Ahrefs
