About the role

We’re building a Lean Apps Factory – a high-velocity engine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, productivity, education, lifestyle and more).

Your mission as Marketing Growth Manager (PMM) is to turn ideas, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue – and help us design the growth playbook for every new app we ship.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll sit at the centre of performance marketing, product, creative and data, deciding what we test next and where we invest. As we scale, this role can grow into Head of PMM / Head of Marketing Growth with ownership of multiple growth pods.

Mission

Own one or more app “growth streams” end-to-end (W2W + W2A) and turn budget, funnels and creatives into predictable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product and analytics for our first apps.
• Design and run go-to-market strategies: ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W/W2A funnels, paywalls, email/onboarding.
• Work with UA on media plans, testing roadmap and targets (CAC, ROAS, payback, LTV).
• Work with Creative to generate and systematise winning angles, scripts and concepts.
• Partner with Tech & Data to improve tracking, dashboards, and automation (rules, budget shifts, experiment templates).
• Turn data into clear priorities: what to scale, what to kill, what to test next.

In your first 3 months you will

• Build a deep understanding of our apps, users and growth levers.
• Take ownership of one core growth stream (e.g. one app / region / funnel) from strategy to execution.
• Ship and review multiple creative + funnel experiments and hit agreed ROI / revenue targets.
• Tighten collaboration between Performance, Creative, Product and Data to speed up the learning loop.

Ideal profile

• 3+ years in performance marketing / growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A)
• Strong experience in creative strategy + funnel optimisation (web and/or app)
• Confident with numbers: can read cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV, and make decisions
• Great communicator and project driver – keeps UA, Creative, Product and Data aligned
• Comfortable in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and evolution of the Satori AI Platform, building next-generation conversational and agentic AI solutions for enterprise procurement and supplier ecosystems.

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbot solutions using Microsoft technologies, enabling seamless interactions across omnichannel platforms such as Microsoft Teams, web, and enterprise applications. The role involves leveraging NLP, machine learning, and agentic AI frameworks to create context-aware, scalable, and business-driven conversational experiences.

You will also collaborate closely with product, architecture, and integration teams to enhance platform capabilities, optimize existing solutions, and ensure high performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Financial Close & Reporting

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.

Join us as a Anti-Fraud Manager, driving fraud prevention and protecting the business through complex investigations, pattern detection, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly impact risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and overall platform security.
 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience in fraud / risk / payment security within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, fintech, or other high-risk environments.
• Strong understanding of user fraud patterns, including multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment abuse, chargeback-related behavior, affiliate abuse, account takeover, and collusion.
• Ability to investigate suspicious player behavior using multiple data points such as IP, device, geolocation, payment methods, gameplay behavior, account linkage, and transactional patterns.
• Experience in identifying fraud red flags, building case logic, and making decisions in situations with incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Support, Payments, VIP, CRM, Compliance / AML, and Product teams.
• Good spoken and written English: Ukrainian would be a strong advantage.

• Previous experience in a Lead or Senior fraud / risk role.
• Experience in online casino / sportsbook operations specifically.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention tools, device fingerprinting tools, payment risk signals, and case management systems.
• Experience building or improving fraud rules, alerts, triggers, or internal review workflows.
• Understanding of KYC, AML, responsible gaming, and broader compliance-related operational processes.
    

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Review and lead complex fraud-related investigations involving suspicious player activity and abuse patterns.
• Detect, analyze, and classify user fraud schemes, including both recurring and newly emerging patterns.
• Identify links between accounts and investigate suspicious activity using behavioral, technical, and payment-related indicators.
• Work closely with Support, Payments, VIP, Compliance, CRM, and Product on fraud prevention and escalations.
• Suggest and help implement fraud rules, red flags, alerts, and operational controls to reduce business loss.
• Contribute to building a more mature and scalable fraud function within the company.

Requirements:

• Theoretical knowledge, understanding of project management processes and tools, as well as the SDLC and methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban; Waterfall еtc);
• Knowledge of different task-tracking systems such as Jirra or Trello;
• Knowledge of Project Documentation:  Basic understanding of important project documents like WBS, Burndown Chart, Project Charter, Communication Plan, Timeline, and Roadmap.

• Project management experience in an any IT product, outstaffing, outsourcing company;
• Knowledge in other areas of the IT field (such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner) is not mandatory but can be beneficial for better collaboration and understanding within the team.

• Сompletion of various courses (such as: Project Management, QA, Software Engineering etc).
