We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help us increase visibility, organic traffic, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for our professional services (mainly AI, Generative AI & conversational solutions).

Your main focus will be on executing SEO activities that increase traffic to Master of Code Global’s website and social media, with success measured by growth in MQLs. An important part of this role is keeping up with how AI reshapes search—from Google AI Overviews to LLM-driven visibility and helping ensure our content is discoverable in these emerging channels. You’ll independently manage daily SEO execution and contribute to strategy discussions, while also building skills that prepare you for long-term ownership. Over time, this role offers the chance to grow into strategy development, vendor management, and advanced technical SEO with mentorship and support.
 

Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic traffic.
• Stay updated on industry trends, continuously monitor AI-driven changes in search (Google AI Overviews, generative results, LLM integrations, GEO-specific features), and apply insights.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track market trends.
• Optimize website content, structure, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Perform technical SEO checks and implement recommendations.
• Implement internal linking strategies to improve site structure, crawlability, and user navigation.
• Apply schema markup to enhance search visibility and support rich results.
• Collaborate with content creators, link builders, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
• Monitor SEO performance (organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions) and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with the broader marketing team (social, content, paid) to align efforts and maximize impact.
• Be ready to support the marketing department within other marketing streams, where needed. 
   

Required background and skills

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO within IT services or SaaS targeting English-speaking markets.
• Proven track record in driving traffic and MQL growth.
• Hands-on with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Strong knowledge of search algorithms, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Familiarity with interlinking best practices and the ability to structure content for optimal SEO performance.
• Experience implementing schema markup and structured data for SEO.
• Comfortably using website analytics tools to monitor performance, prepare reports, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Experience interpreting SEO data and preparing actionable reports; exposure to CRO is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.
• Curious about AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
• English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Product Coordinator — someone who will become the eyes and hands for our core product lines (gummies, capsules, sea moss). Your mission: to make sure we never face the moment when an order arrives and the product isn’t there.

You’ll keep the flow running: tracking stock, planning packaging, aligning with logistics, and making sure every channel, from online to retail to distributors, gets what it needs, when it needs it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and alert the procurement team before supplies run low.
• Collect and prioritize orders from all sales channels (online, retail, distributors) and plan product allocation.
• Build packaging and shipping plans: how many jars, boxes, or units need to be prepared and where they should go.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production to keep the flow seamless.
• Maintain simple reports and tables to track stock, planned shipments, and product needs.
