At giftmall, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our presence in the Polish market. If you enjoy market research, testing various client engagement strategies, and working with international companies, we’d love to meet you!
 

What’s most important for this role?

✅ Fluency in Polish — both written and spoken. This is a key requirement, as you will be working with Polish clients.

✅ Experience in client acquisition — at least 1 year in SDR, Lead Generation, or B2B sales. We are looking for someone who understands the principles of identifying and engaging potential clients.
 

What will you be doing?

🔹 Conducting market research and analyzing potential clients.
🔹 Using LinkedIn, email, and other tools for client acquisition.
🔹 Testing various engagement strategies — A/B testing, automation, etc.
🔹 Managing CRM (HubSpot) and keeping data up to date.
🔹 Actively collaborating with the Sales team.
 

What would be a plus?

➕ Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
➕ Knowledge of automated client acquisition tools.
➕ English language skills at Intermediate+ level.

As a Gamification Manager, you’ll design engaging campaigns, tournaments, and experiences that delight our players and help grow long-term loyalty and revenue.

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Gamification Manager or related positions within the iGaming industry).
• Proven experience in creating promotional mechanics;
• Experience developing user acquisition and engagement strategies using gamification, loyalty programs, and other product-related mechanics;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights for campaign optimization;
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis;
• Understanding of user segmentation principles and how to apply them in promo campaigns;
• Experience working with product teams, designers, and external vendors to implement promotional strategies;
• Strong communication skills, experience with analytics tools, and ability to quickly adapt to changes;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, eagerness to learn, and readiness to embrace new challenges;
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
   

📋 Your daily adventures:

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones;
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize current promotional mechanics;
• Design and implement gamification elements across projects;
• Monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotions and make timely adjustments to improve results;
• Analyze the performance of promotional activities and propose improvements to optimize campaigns;
• Create timely and detailed task briefs for cross-functional teams in line with the approved promotional calendar;
• Coordinate with CRM, Product, and other cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive promo strategies;
• Track industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to develop innovative and effective promo solutions;
• Work with different user segments: create and adjust player segments for personalized promotional campaigns;
• Develop reactivation strategies for dormant players;

• Ensure content in promo campaigns is relevant and up-to-date; provide suggestions for improvements.
