About Us

Our product is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to drive our email marketing performance, increase conversions, and optimize engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the email marketing calendar (campaigns, triggers, automated flows).
• Create and execute email campaigns and flows, including:
  • Copywriting and optimization;
  • Klaviyo setup and management;
  • A/B testing;
  • Data analysis and reporting.
• Build a streamlined workflow and reporting system.
• Continuously test and optimize email types, flows, and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with an email designer (basic design skills are a plus).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven track record with 6–7 figure SaaS or E-Commerce products.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills (with ability to leverage AI tools).
• Deep knowledge of Klaviyo (segmentation, flows, filters, and conditions).
• Full understanding of email marketing metrics and ability to analyze performance data.
• Expertise in email deliverability: keeping lists healthy, avoiding spam folders, and maximizing inbox placement.

Nice to Have

• Experience using Figma and Klaviyo’s native email editor to create customized designs.
