    • Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize the entire pipeline for low-latency, real-time performance. This involves advanced GPU programming (CUDA/OpenCL), efficient memory management to handle large models, and leveraging modern compute frameworks.
    • Research & Integration: Stay at the forefront of academic and industry research. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and integrating state-of-the-art methods in SLAM, neural rendering (NeRFs, 3DGS), and hybrid geometry-neural network models.

    Role Overview
    We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person will help shape the visual identity of GenAI Works across digital platforms, campaigns, and product experiences.


    Responsibilities

    • Design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
    • Collaborate with product and content teams to bring ideas to life.
    • Work primarily in Figma, with additional use of Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
    • Support brand design, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
    • Manage multiple design tasks in ClickUp, balancing speed with quality.
    • Contribute to video and motion graphics projects when possible.
    • Leverage generative AI design tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities.
    • Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.

       

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required).
    • Strong proficiency in Figma; solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
    • High familiarity with generative AI tools (image generation, design augmentation, automation workflows).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a structured workflow (ClickUp / Trello / Kanban experience a plus).
    • Experience in brand design and creating cohesive visual systems.
    • Comfort with light video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.
    • Strong eye for detail, typography, and contemporary design trends.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize costs and increase profitability.
    • Prepare and maintain management reporting for company leadership.
    • Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial information across various projects.
    • Monitor key financial indicators and prepare regular reports.
    • Develop and control budgets, including plan-vs-actual variance analysis.

    • English level: Intermediate or higher.
