The role is focused on re-engineering core backend infrastructure, database optimization, and NLP/RAG pipeline refactoring to enable a major launch in January with 40,000+ users.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Re-factor and optimize the existing PostgreSQL database, including schema redesign, query optimization, and scalability improvements.
    • Re-engineer the NLP/RAG engine to ensure faster performance and cost-efficient use of LLMs.
    • Refactor core backend services built with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) to align with the new architecture.
    • Integrate and optimize data flows across AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, RDS), Salesforce, and TypeForm.
    • Deliver reliable, maintainable, and well-tested backend and data systems, ensuring readiness for high user load.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to align on architecture and technical vision, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus.
    • Deep database expertise: schema design, query optimization, and large-scale refactoring.

    🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

    • Identify and prospect outbound leads through research, scraping tools, LinkedIn, and databases.
    • Launch cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Warmy’s own tech (yes, we eat our own dog food).
    • Jump on cold calls to qualify leads and handle objections.
    • Book meetings and product demos for our Account Executives.
    • Follow up diligently, track all activity in CRM, and stay accountable for daily KPIs.
    • Craft sharp outreach messages that get replies – and iterate constantly.
    • Know our product, competitors, and positioning inside out.



    🧠 What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years in outbound sales/lead generation (SDR/BDR) in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Experience working with international clients (EMEA / LATAM / US)
    • Fluent written and spoken English – you must sound natural and confident
    • Real experience with cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn prospecting
    • Strong ownership mindset – you’re self-managed, proactive, and results-driven
    • Analytical approach – you test, track, learn, and optimize outreach
    • Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot), lead gen tools, scraping, enrichment platforms

    • Experience working in early-stage startups
    • Background in sales tech or martech
    • Knowledge of deliverability, outreach, or Warmy.io itself
    • Copywriting or persuasive writing skills
