    Reporting & metrics:

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in SMM for tech/fintech/crypto/media or mobile products.
    • Fluent written English; confident russian localization management.
    • Proven channel ops on Telegram, X, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and IG; comfortable with in-app announcements.
    • Strong briefing skills; can turn product/news inputs into crisp posts, threads, and scripts.
    • Data-driven: able to design simple experiments and read dashboards (GA4, Search Console, store analytics, platform insights).
