Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer (portfolio, GitHub, or project examples required).
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker and deploying Python applications to production.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of software testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
• Demonstrated experience writing technical documentation (API docs, onboarding guides, docstrings).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: exposure to machine learning workflows or integration of AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design for Mobile Apps: 
   1. Create user-centered designs for mobile applications that prioritize usability and visual appeal.
   2. Design intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for iOS and Android apps.
2. User Research & Testing:
   1. Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
   2. Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
   3. Apply AI-assisted analytics where relevant to speed up insights.
3. Wireframes & Prototypes:
   1. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts before implementation.
   2. Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and technical feasibility.
   3. Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping and ideation when possible.
4. Collaboration with Developers & Stakeholders:
   1. Work closely with mobile developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
   2. Collaborate with product managers, AI experts, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and user needs.
5. Design System & Consistency:
   1. Help create and maintain a consistent design system and design patterns across mobile applications.
   2. Ensure designs align with platform guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design for Android).
6. Visual Design:
   1. Create high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
   2. Focus on visual consistency, typography, iconography, and color schemes.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
   2. Contribute to enhancing the design quality of mobile apps and continuously improve the user experience.
   3. Experiment with AI-based design accelerators (e.g., Figma plugins, generative tools) to enhance efficiency.
   4. Contribute to continuous improvement of both design quality and design velocity.
      
       

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
2. Some experience or internships in UI/UX design for mobile apps.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of mobile design principles, including responsive design and touch interactions.
5. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
6. Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and decisions.
7. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
8. Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
   
    

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
2. Experience with neomorphic design will be a plus.
3. Familiarity with user testing methods (A/B testing, usability testing).
4. Basic understanding of mobile development and working closely with developers.
5. Portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.
6. Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows (e.g., generative design tools, Figma AI, MidJourney, or similar).
7. Ability to work quickly and iteratively, balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
