    What you will do:

    • Full accounting and tax support of Ukrainian LLC (Diia City resident):
      •  calculation and forecasting of taxes,
      • preparation and submission of reports and declarations,
      • payment of taxes and salaries,
      • communication with tax authorities, statistics office, Pension Fund, and banks,
      • preparation of documents and support during the annual external audit.
    • Prepare schedules and documentation for audits and internal reporting.
    • Participate in system implementation support (e.g., billing platform).
    • Assist with maintaining compliance with internal controls.
    • Contribute to special projects and assist in improving accounting processes.


    Starter-kit needed to join the board:

    • Experience in accounting and passing the audit of Diia City residents.
    • At least 2+ years of accounting experience (LLCs).
    • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation, accounting standards, and labor law.
    • Confident user of: Electronic Taxpayer Account, BAS accounting software, Google Workspace, MS Office, Art Zvit, Client Bank.
    • Clear written and verbal communication in Ukrainian (required) and English (preferred).


    Bonus Points:

    • Experience working in an international SaaS company.

    • Organize the full process: from kick-off to delivery (planning, deadlines, QA).
    • Communicate directly with clients (Slack, Zoom, Email) and maintain transparent communication.
    • Create and track tasks in ClickUp.
    • Coordinate developers, VA, designers and QA.
    • Keep things structured: documentation, reports, checklists.


    Who we are looking for

    • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably web/eCommerce).
    • Experience working with US/European clients.
