About the Project:

We are hiring on behalf of our client, who is developing an AI system designed to interpret and evaluate the accessibility of digital interfaces. The system will be trained on a high-quality ground truth dataset, consisting of manually annotated answers to questions about WCAG, ARIA, and common UI patterns.

This is the first technical role on the annotation team. You will be responsible for establishing annotation standards, ensuring high-quality structured data, and potentially leading a team in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Review accessibility-related questions and break answers into atomic factual statements (claims)

• Label each claim by type: Critical, Nice-to-Have, Code Snippet, Special Case, or Sentiment

• Categorize each question across four dimensions: Domain, Intent, Platform, Content

Overview

The Analytics Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing digital analytics solutions for their AI-based Decision Engine using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data layer frameworks. We are seeking an individual with experience in public cloud services to join our DevOps team. The goal of this team is to design, implement, and support public cloud solutions for our customers with a main concentration on improving, simplifying, integrating, and automating business processes. You will be mentored and developed by Sr. DevOps Engineers, and you will be expected to be a backup for them, and that is the expected growth direction.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create efficient PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual intervention and enhancing system administration accuracy.
• Work with teams to integrate PowerShell scripts into existing systems, ensuring smooth communication and functionality across platforms.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize scripts to enhance speed and reduce resource consumption.
• Maintain concise documentation of scripts and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and future troubleshooting.
• Perform comprehensive script tests to detect bugs or inefficiencies and apply debugging best practices to ensure reliable solutions.
• Use Git for version control to manage script versions, enabling collaborative development and tracking changes.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and create effective PowerShell solutions.
• Training and Support: Offer team members guidance on PowerShell usage to promote automation and efficiency within the organization.
• Implement monitoring scripts to ensure systems run optimally and alert teams to potential issues before escalation.
• Ensure scripts adhere to security policies, protect sensitive data, and maintain system integrity.
• Stay current with the latest PowerShell and IT trends, integrating new techniques and tools into your scripting practices.
• Project Participation: Contribute scripting solutions to broader initiatives and projects during planning and execution.
• Design, implement, and support public cloud solutions for our customers.
• Utilize a mix of virtual machines and serverless platforms to create tailored solutions for business challenges.
• Research and develop new solutions, implement them following best practices, document the solutions, and provide second-line support.

REQUIREMENTS

• English level – B2 or higher
• 3+ years of experience with automation languages such as PowerShell or Python, including writing and supporting complex scripts.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure and cloud environments specifics (AZ-104 level of understanding)
• Strong expertise with the automation of infrastructure, maintaining and supporting cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Cloud best practices, operations, and security.
• Drive, willingness to learn, responsibility for one’s own work and the overall outcome.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to different audiences.
• Ability to break down complex problems and implement custom solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer for a futuristic AI Social Discovery project to help create user-friendly and stylish interfaces that meet the needs of users and the brand. You will work to improve existing solutions, implement new ideas and trends, and work closely with the team to implement cool design solutions.

Your tasks:

• Developing product interfaces that meet the needs of users and the brand.
• Designing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and finished designs.
• Improving existing interfaces based on analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing.
• Conducting competitive analysis of UI/UX solutions.
• Working closely with Product Manager and developers to implement the design.

This role combines system configuration, business process analysis, and user support during and after implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements related to warehousing, packing, and shipping.
• Configure and integrate ShipHawk WMS to align with customer business processes.
• Identify system gaps and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Recommend process improvements to increase customer efficiency.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare system configuration for go-live and assist with customer training.
• Manage the transition from implementation to ongoing customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and/or supporting WMS or other supply chain execution systems.
• Hands-on WMS experience is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
