    🏠 Who We Are

Godlike.Host is a European game-hosting provider. Our core market is gamers who spin up their own Minecraft, Rust, or ARK servers. We run powerful infrastructure, offer a rock-solid product, maintain racks in both the US and Europe, rely on heavy automation, provide 24/7 support, and enjoy a loyal user base. Until now we’ve grown through B2C, but we’re ready to launch a systematic B2B channelβ€”serving game studios, commercial server teams, and large custom projects.

    πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ What You’ll Do

    • Find the right B2B clientsβ€”game studios, mid- to large-scale game projects, mini-game developers, and more.
    • Run outreach via LinkedIn, Discord, email, and any other channels that work.
    • Nurture leads: hold discovery calls, present the product, and close deals.
    • Interview current B2B customers to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
    • Share insights with the product teamβ€”where features are missing, what terms clients expect, how we can improve.

    πŸ“ˆ What We Already Have

    • A modern, user-friendly product you can sell with confidence.
    • A creative, responsible, and caring team.
    • Warm leads and initial B2B clients coming inbound (we just haven’t processed them systematically yet).

    πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ What Matters

    • Fluent Englishβ€”the entire sales funnel targets an English-speaking audience.
    • B2B sales experience (IT / SaaS / hosting / infrastructure).
    • Willingness to reach out first, hook prospects cold, and drive deals to closure.
    • Clear thinking, structured communication, and no fear of cameras or clients.
    • A results focus: closed deals motivate you more than β€œprocess for process’ sake.”

    πŸ˜‡ Nice to Have

    • Background in game-tech, game development, game marketplaces, or hosting.
    • Ability to find unconventional paths to decision-makers (community forums, moderators, Discord servers, etc.).
    • Additional languages (Spanish, German, etc.).

    πŸ—ΊοΈ Hiring Process

    1. Quick culture & soft-skills interviewβ€”we want to see how you think and talk.
    2. Small test taskβ€”nothing heavy; we just want to understand your style and approach.
    3. Final technical interview with the CEOβ€”let’s discuss lead strategy, KPIs, real-world sales scenarios.
    4. Good fit? We make an offer.

    Terms

    • Fully remote, flexible hours (you’ll need some overlap with CET/EET).
    • Compensation: base salary + sales commission (specifics discussed in the interview).
    • We’ll set you up with everything you need: slide decks, CRM, plus support from product, marketing, and design.

    About Us

Andromo is a no-code mobile app builder with 15 years of history. We’re building an AI-powered App Builder β€”a platform designed to let anyone create robust applications quickly and intelligently. You’ll be joining a small, focused team shaping the product’s architecture, UX, and performance from day one.

    About the product

We’re building an AI‑powered β€œVibe Coding” platform: a flow‑state development environment that blends multi‑provider LLM assistance, project automation, and modern in‑browser dev tooling to help anyone build production‑ready apps. The platform integrates with LLM providers via the Vercel AI SDK, supports MCP tool integrations, Git workflows, and ships to the web.

    What you’ll do

Build core product features across Remix + React 18 + TypeScript.

Add/extend AI provider adapters and improve streaming, tool‑use, and prompt flows (Vercel AI SDK).

Integrate with third‑party services (Supabase, Netlify, Stripe).

Ship developer tooling UX: code diffing, file locking, search, and data visualization experiences.

Evolve agent architecture from single‑call flows to multi‑step/background agents.

Instrument and optimize product analytics, error tracking, and performance.

Own quality: write tests (Vitest/RTL), maintain type‑safety, and improve CI/release ergonomics.

Collaborate asynchronously: review PRs, triage issues, and partner closely with product/design.

    Tech you’ll use here

Frontend: Remix (Vite), React 18, TypeScript, Radix UI, Headless UI, UnoCSS, SCSS

AI: Vercel AI SDK (ai), provider SDKs, MCP (Model Context Protocol)

    Platform: WebContainer API, Docker

    State/Utils: Zustand, Nanostores, isomorphic-git, jszip, jspdf, chart.js

    Tooling: PNPM, ESLint/Prettier, Vitest, PostHog

    Minimum qualifications

    - 5+ years building production web apps with TypeScript and React; strong component/state architecture.

    - Experience with Remix, Next.js, or similar SSR frameworks and Vite build tooling.

    - Proven track record integrating external APIs; strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

    - Excellent product sense, async communication, and team collaboration.

Growth mindset: you track emerging technologies and industry trends, invest in self-education, and proactively propose and experiment with new ideas across both product and engineering.

    Bonus skills

Backend/app: Node.js, Express, Sequelize/MySQL (schema design, indexing, query tuning)

Caching: Redis/Valkey, Memcached; rate limiting and idempotent APIs

    - Storage/messaging: S3/MinIO, SendGrid or SES, Slack webhooks
