    What you will do:

     • Apply cloud security best practices: IAM, encryption, compliance

     • Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues

     • Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripts (Python, Bash, Go)

     • Drive end-to-end observability, define SLOs/error budgets, and maintain actionable dashboards

     • Manage secrets & keys (AWS KMS/Secrets Manager), automate rotation, and maintain audited access

     • Keep payment processing highly available & low-latency: capacity planning, autoscaling, load/performance testing

     

    We’re looking for you if you:

     • Have 5+ years in DevSecOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering

     • Strong AWS knowledge (IAM, VPC, KMS, Secrets Manager)

     • Experience with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation scripting

     • Proficient in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

     • Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and security best practices

     • Analytical, proactive, and able to balance speed, security, and reliability

    Bonus points for:

    We’re looking for a Python Developer to join us on a part-time basis for a short-term project (2–3 months). You'll work on backend development using modern tools and async programming. The project involves working with APIs, databases, integrations, and background tasks. 

     

    What You’ll Work With:

    • Python 3.13 and async programming (FastAPI, Uvicorn, HTTPX)
    • PostgreSQL (asyncpg, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
    • Redis, Celery
    • Docker, Gunicorn
    • Integrations: AWS S3 (aioboto3), Stripe, SMTP (aiosmtplib)
    • Auth & Logging: JWT, bcrypt/passlib, Sentry, Loguru
    • Testing: pytest, pytest-asyncio, freezegun
    • Code style/tools: pre-commit, Black, isort
    • Bonus: pandas, openpyxl, Pillow, qrcode

     

    What We Expect:

    • 3+ years of experience with Python

    In this role, you’ll support the Business Analyst team by documenting requirements, keeping project information structured, and ensuring smooth communication inside the team. You’ll work under the guidance of an experienced BA, who will explain tasks and provide mentorship.

    Responsibilities

    • Document requirements and project information clearly and accurately
    • Communicate with the internal team to clarify and confirm requirements explained by the senior BA
    • Help maintain specifications, flow diagrams, and other project documentation
    • Support the BA team in keeping project tasks organized and up-to-date
    • Assist in preparing reports and structured notes for the team

       

    Requirements

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information clearly
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
      Self-organization and willingness to learn quickly
    • Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies will be a plus
       

    Nice-to-Haves (but not compulsory)

    • Familiarity with basic documentation or task-tracking tools (Confluence, Jira, Google Docs, Notion, etc.)
    • Interest in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management
