Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated on industry trends to improve client and project management approaches
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Support Manager role; experience in Project or Account Management is highly preferred

The main goal of this role is to support Promovaβs rapid growth by driving effective user acquisition through paid social media channels, primarily via Meta Ads and TikTok.
Through your work, youβll directly contribute to Promovaβs mission of making language learning accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.
Your Areas of Impact:
- Set up and run paid campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and other platforms: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance.
- Achieve sustainable profitability by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage.
- Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches.
- Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies.
- Optimize campaigns daily: track key metrics and collaborate with the team on adjustments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and enhance overall performance.
About You:
- 1.5+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Meta: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets of $100β250K/month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and evaluating performance over time.
- Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads: experience launching campaigns or actively learning the platform with a strong motivation to grow in this area.
- Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
- English level B2: comfortable working with English-language ad accounts and creatives, and communicating with international teammates.
Will Be a Plus:
- Understanding of ad tracking systems β Pixel/CAPI.
- Experience with automation tools or AI-driven optimization β bidding, audience, reporting.
