• Proactively challenge payment analysis approaches;

• Improve the payment infrastructure for products.

   

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering;
• Strong knowledge and commercial experience of using Python, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
• Ability to create comprehensive research and data visualization (Tableau);
• Experience with Tableau/ Power BI / or similar tool;
• Experience with BigQuery (Redshift, Vertica, or any other analytics DB);
• Confident application of basic statistical and probability theory concepts;

• Upper-intermediate-level English knowledge.

   

Soft Skills:

• Ownership — you don’t need approval to solve a business problem, which you identified as a result of your initiative;
• Optimism — you can’t wait to see the results of the 10-th hypothesis test after the previous 9 have failed;
• Communication — you don’t have a problem with telling stories starting from the end;
• Hard-working — work should be done;

• Commitment — extra-mile attitude.

   

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of the payment process;
• Experience with popular analytics tools used for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer etc.);

• Good presentation and pitching skills.
