I am looking for a responsible, independent, and proactive assistant based in Warsaw to help with personal, organizational, and business-related tasks.

At the beginning, this is a part-time position. However, for a strong candidate, there is an opportunity to grow into the role of the entrepreneur’s right hand, operations assistant, or project manager, with the possibility of managing separate projects independently.

Main Responsibilities

You will help with various personal and business tasks, including:

• handling personal and business errands in Warsaw;
• searching for information, contractors, products, and services;
• making phone calls, communicating, and coordinating with different people;
• organizing meetings, trips, and everyday matters;
• monitoring task completion by contractors;
• receiving and sending documents, parcels, and orders;
• assisting with shoots, content creation, and events;
• participating in marketing and digital projects;
• helping to organize workflows and work processes;
• solving non-standard tasks.

Project Areas

The main areas of work are:

• internet marketing;
• digital and IT projects;
• content and video production;
• YouTube projects.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• lives in Warsaw;
• is responsible, reliable, and punctual;
• can work independently and bring tasks to completion;
• shows initiative and does not wait for constant instructions;
• speaks Polish B1, English B1;
• speaks Ukrainian or Russian;
• is confident using a computer;
• has experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other modern AI tools;
• has a category B driving license.

Nice to Have

• experience as a personal assistant, business assistant, or project manager;
• interest in business, marketing, technology, and AI;
• experience working with contractors and organizing processes;
• skills in Excel, Google Docs, Notion, Trello, Asana, or other productivity tools;
• own car.
