Mission

Every month, drones injure and kill thousands of Ukrainians. We build point-defence systems to stop that. Our first product is a hand-launched micro-missile designed to intercept small drones at close range. It is small enough to carry three in a vest and cheap enough for mass deployment. Role summary

We are hiring a founding firmware and controls engineer. You will be responsible for the flight control algorithms and the control firmware that gets the missile on target.

This role is based in Kyiv, full time. You will work directly with the Ukrainian military and scale production using front-line feedback. You will not operate near front-line areas and you will work from Ukraine only while the security situation remains stable.

Місія ролі:
Розробляти прикладні AI-продукти та сервіси: backend, frontend, API, інтеграції з LLM/ML models, RAG-пайплайни, workflow automation, evaluation logic та production-ready функціональність для користувачів. Це роль не дослідника Data Science, а інженера, який перетворює AI capability у працюючий продукт.

Обов’язки:
-Розробка AI-enabled web applications та internal tools.
-Побудова backend API для AI-сервісів.
-Інтеграція LLM, embeddings, vector search, document pipelines.
-Реалізація RAG/workflow/agent-like сценаріїв там, де це виправдано.

Місія ролі:
Забезпечити операційний кіберзахист AI-платформи та AI-сервісів: security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM control, auditability, detection engineering і взаємодію з внутрішніми або зовнішніми SOC/IR-командами. Це роль, яка відповідає за те, щоб AI-рішення не були “чорною коробкою” з точки зору безпеки, логування, реагування та контролю.

Обов’язки:
- Налаштування security monitoring для AI-платформи;

- Визначення обов’язкових security logs для AI-сервісів, API, admin actions;
- Побудова detection rules та alerting;
- Управління vulnerability backlog;
- Контроль IAM, privileged access і audit logs;
- Підготовка incident response playbooks;
- Проведення security reviews перед production release;

- Практичний досвід incident response: triage, containment, escalation, post-incident review;
- Досвід vulnerability management: scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking;

We are looking for a Sales manager to join a team building technology solutions for DefenseTech — a person who will become the hub of the company's operational coordination and help us build new partnerships and find new opportunities for growth.
We would be especially glad to welcome candidates who share the mission of developing Ukrainian DefenseTech and want to contribute to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- coordinating the company's day-to-day operational processes;
- managing business communication with clients, partners, and contractors;
- organizing meetings and calls, preparing and following up on agreements;
- supporting lead generation processes and the search for new potential clients;
- helping organize conferences, exhibitions, business events, and other company activities;
- coordinating internal tasks between teams;
