    As a AWS Solution Architect, you will lead architecture initiatives for strategic accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. This role is instrumental in supporting portfolio growth through presales, solution discovery, and cloud modernization engagements. You will play a critical role in shaping cloud strategies, delivering robust architectural solutions, and expanding our AWS capabilities across the enterprise landscape.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead AWS-focused solution architecture activities across pre-sales, assessments, discoveries, and proposal development.
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business drivers and define cloud transformation goals.
    • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures leveraging AWS services (e.g., ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
    • Define target state architectures and migration roadmaps for legacy-to-cloud modernization.
    • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with tailored AWS-based solutions and value propositions.
    • Estimate costs and develop pricing strategies in partnership with finance and sales teams.
    • Identify technical and operational risks; recommend mitigation plans.
    • Advise internal and external stakeholders on cloud best practices, DevOps adoption, and AWS service utilization.
    • Contribute to project kick-offs, establish architectural governance, and ensure delivery alignment.
    • Support N-iX service development by shaping AWS-related offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets.

     

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years in software engineering or solution architecture roles, including:
    • 2+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience
    • Track record of leading cloud assessments, discoveries, and pre-sales workshops.
    • Proven ability to lead cloud migration or modernization initiatives for medium-to-large clients.
    • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions.
    • Proficiency in microservices design, API management, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, SNS/SQS).
    • Strong grasp of cloud security, scalability, cost optimization, and governance patterns.
    • Ability to clearly articulate cloud solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
    • English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.

     

    Preferred Certifications

    • AWS Certified Solution Architect – Professional (strongly preferred)
    • TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or SEI Software Architecture Professional
    • Other cloud or emerging technology certifications are a plus
