About Us:
Ovogene is a first AI egg bank in the world. We work with clinics and partners worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior quality officer with fluent English to develop, improve, and monitor company processes in line with international standards and partner requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Processes
● Develop and document algorithms, SOPs, and business processes for company departments.
● Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of process improvements.
● Participate in creating operational algorithms for new partners (SOPs, licenses) and enhancing existing procedures.

Audit & Control
● Conduct internal quality audits across all locations, including business trips.
● Analyze process performance indicators and provide improvement recommendations.
● Identify and manage non-conformities: record, analyze, communicate to managers, and follow through with corrective actions.
● Ensure the use of up-to-date donor documentation templates.
● Oversee documentation compliance with the legislation of countries where clinical locations operate.

Legislation & Partner Requirements
● Analyze current legislation of partner and potential partner countries and integrate relevant requirements into workflows (in collaboration with the legal department).
● Maintain the database of ISO certifications for contractors and clinical locations.
● Maintain the database of requirements for current and new partners.

Partner Communication
● Maintain regular communication with partners via online meetings and formal correspondence.
● Handle partner requests: prepare responses, compile document packages (together with responsible managers).
● Participate in negotiations, presentations, and discussions related to standards, requirements, and processes.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring transparent and efficient communication.

Training & Awareness
● Inform staff and conduct training sessions on changes in compliance-related policies and procedures.
Reporting
● Prepare additional reports for management and partners.
 

Candidate Requirements:
● Proven experience in compliance, quality management, or audit (preferably in international projects).
● Fluent English (spoken and written).
● Understanding of international quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001).
● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to structure information effectively.
● Experience in conducting audits and developing processes.
● Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with partners at various levels.
