About the position

Quantum is expanding the team and has brilliant opportunities for a Lead Software Developer. The client is a technological research company that utilizes proprietary AI-based analysis and language models to provide comprehensive insights into global stocks in all languages. Our mission is to bridge the knowledge gap in the investment world and empower investors of all types to become “super-investors.”

Through our generative AI technology implemented into brokerage platforms and other financial institutions’ infrastructures, we offer instant fundamental analyses of global stocks alongside bespoke investment strategies, enabling informed investment decisions for millions of investors worldwide.

Must have skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead role, building scalable systems
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python and Docker
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (customers, product owners, stakeholders)
• Strong mathematical skills (essential for investment recommendation logic)
• Proven AWS-based development experience
• Experience in developing RESTful web services with a deep understanding of microservices architecture
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL technologies
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Would be a plus:

• Fintech project experience
• Familiarity with Machine Learning solutions
• Data processing experience
• Experience with PySpark

Your tasks will include:

• Design architecture for production solutions and propose improvements
• Generate technical solutions for various tasks
• Create project plans and estimate budgets
• Participate in presales, analyze requirements, and communicate with customers
• Develop solid unit and integration tests in line with organizational standards
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve performance issues at the architectural, design, and code levels
